I suppose Fascist Socialization? Phantomism is a mix of fascism and socialism of sorts. Big corporations are either nationalized or are "privatized" meaning the owners of them are party members themselves ensuring economic nationalism.

As a Russian, I do want to return to USSR, and so do many, many people. This is why the CPRF is increasing in members and power. Also every presidential election since USSR the second place Candidate was of the CPRF! Some day, soon, there will be a uprising!

We are capitalist in that we have a free market and recognize private property, but we are socialist-like in that the people often use their property for the betterment of all, and many of the businesses choose a cooperative, worker-owned structure. Unionization is neither encouraged nor discouraged. We do not have special subsidies or taxes for any industry. The government provides critical public goods such as roads and minimal welfare, but does not provide any non-necessities, and allows for absolute freedom of association. Businesses and individuals are free to discriminate in whatever way they please, but we are a decent people, and most choose to treat their neighbor as themselves.

One of the largest reasons the USSR failed wasen't because their economic system was a flop. Remember, the Communist world had been flattened by the German steamroller, diden't have much money in it to start with(Thanks the Czars for that one), coulden't trade with the countries that had the money because the US intimidated them away from it, and then had the thankless task of trying to rebuild the heaviest hit areas of the world, not to mention being harried at every turn when it simply tried to support people who revolted for Communism themselves. Captialism diden't get a warm welcome from Feadualism, last I checked, but it wasn't hampered down by those disadvantages
