1. Leader is put in great emergency care.
2. All individuals are background checked to the fullest extent.

If the Queen was assassinated, her husband would take over as regeant until/unless their oldest child is capable of taking the throne. Then the assassin would be caught and executed publicly and painfully, probably to cheering crowds. Big fun, bring the children!

If we recieved intel on an assassination attempt, the royal family would be moved to a safe location along with the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, and an elite guard. The would-be assassin would then be hunted down and captured alive if possible. If he were captured alive he would be interrogated, possibly with some very "hands on" methods, and then, depending on his information, the appropriate action would take place.

If he were assassinated, the coroner would shave his head and find the code to the massive safe under his home in the northernmost reaches of Khazyan. Inside this safe would be a prioritized list of successors. Oh, yeah, and the military would lock down the area and process everyone inside. If anyone was found with a concealed/concealable firearm, they would be either executed or detained indefinitely, so don't carry guns near our leader, ever.

If we found that he was to be assassinated, we would bring him down into his personal shelter with only staff whom he personally knows, consisting of personal chefs, butlers and a couple of security guards. The biggest precaution would be the massive door. Then, bring out the body doubles and gut whoever bites.

The aforementioned bunker, and his personal security staff who constantly acts as if they are on an offensive mission to locate a threat, combing through crowds with keen eyes and surveying windows through the scope of a rifle. If you look suspicious, they will kill your ass before they ask any questions.

Regardless of the security measures in place what would happen if it DID happen? The Empire is going to be a bit pissy for a while, and probably genocide the holy fuck out of every reachable star system.

What would happen if you just received intell that an assassination attempt was about to transpire? We would naturally stop such an attempt, and put all faith and confidence that either the Emperor; his Guards; or the Supreme Dalek and his Guards, could very well defend them/defend themselves.

Oh, just around...10,000,000 ships filled with 200,000,000 Daleks...What Personally defends the Emperor/God though? Well first and foremost, himself. His battle-armor does close and is not for show; he is more than able to take the field of battle and in case of assassins? Well...How the fuck did they go unnoticed anyway? Oh and God's location is of course kept a guarded secret, better known as "Everywhere."

The Supreme Dalek is more likely the target, as he has an actual fixed location on Paradise. Assassinating him would be difficult but doable; measures in place around him are similar to the Emperor to a lesser extent, until of course you add in Paradise's planetary defenses...The Daleks there, the---Oh fuck this we'll say it.

Yes you can very much well assassinate one of the leaders of the Dalek Empire, but you will pay for such a victory in the billions of lives.

Kegan Kruvok, the main military leader of Nitom would be placed as the leader of Nitom. Nitoms military would go to full mobalisation, its missle systems would be aimed at any nation that could actualy kill Ethan. Nitoms civilians would continue their day and would mainly only notice the increased military units around.

Ethan would go into the main under ground bunker complexe. Nitom would be placed at DEFCON 1. Nitom would also mobalise for a possible war.

what security measures do you already have in place?

We have about 20,000 guards on duty out side of the capitol building at all times. We have 100,000 troops inside the capitol building and the bunker right below it. We have a bunker complexe in another part of Nitom that has about 3,000,000 troops ready for any thing. We also have the small space fleet ready for war. (Five light cruisers, 20,000 space fighters, ect.)

Additional Grand Guards would be placed around the Grand Commander, the Spire would be locked down, and S.T.F. Agents would be found swarming every floor within five of the Grand Commander. Seeing as the Spire is extremely, extremely, quite possibly impossible fortress to penetrate, you'll probably either need a massive army or the willingness to destroy the Spire (which would in turn kill you and almost everything for quite a distance)- in which case, the Grand Commander is simply sent via drop-elevator to the Spire's basement miles underground. Then there's submarine pens there for him to escape, eventually.

well our "leader" being a council of nine members, would still have a quorum and an interim election would be held within the month to fill the vacancy. it would indeed be remarkable if even one were to be assassinated. accidental death is more likely, though only slightly. there is a reason for this that is not generally talked about, but it does involve our national animal.

i mean, yes they are mortal. in the extreme unlikely event all nine were to be killed, the nine regional councils of nine members each would each elect one of their nine members to immediately replace them. their own missing member would then be elected by interim voting within the month. this is not an even that has ever happened, and which the odds against are absolutely astronomical.

He mainly appears in human-dominated regions, and the town he lives in is walled off from the surrounding country and protected by a detachment of Protectorate Armed Forces who serve as a personal honour guard to Governor-General Montcalm, and the other members of the Council.

Governor-General Montcalm's day-to-day actives are kept confidential, his home is equipped with state-of-the-art security, and he spends a great deal of his time outside of the country, dealing with issues on the world stage instead of making himself vulnerable at home.

Both the Imperial Guard and Military would deploy in full force to protect the Imperial Family. If the threat was severe, then the Imperial Family would be evacuated from Tierra Prime on their personal fleet.

One million Imperial Guards and twenty three million Imperial Military personal <FT inflation.> provide protection for the Imperial Family.

If, by chance, His Holiness did get assassinated, the council of the Holy Republic would vote for a temporary leader as well as declare Federal Law State of Emergency. During this time, the sister of His Holiness would more than likely be voted to lead the country. Federal Police would take control of the armed forces to do a complete halt of the city. All roads in and out of the city would have check points and movement would be limited to only government officials. Once the person was caught, if he was not already shot by Federal Police (or Military troops) he'd be given the death penalty for Treason Against His Holiness.

Death threats are not uncommon and would be handled as normal. Residential Compound of His Holiness would increase security and the Royal Escort Service would increase protection around government officials and within the compound itself. Members of the Sucuriidad Naciional Grupo ( National Security Group ) would be called in as well since they specialise in anti-terror. Threatening to kill His Holiness carries the same penalty as carrying out the action.

His Holiness, being rather a recluse, does not encounter many security threats. He has a personal body guard who is around him 24 hours a day as well as extra members from the Royal Escort Service. Members from the Sucuriidad Naciional Grupo monitor all entries into the residential compound. There are other measures inplace of course.

If Her Majesty was assassinated, Her Majesty Queen Johanna would declare a day of mourning for her late sister. Police would investigate and bring those responsible to answer for their deeds in a court of justice. This would probably be much easier if and when the assassin(s) were apprehended before making good their escape.

The usual: guards both roving and stationary, electronic perimeter surveillance, the works. And of course, Her Majesty's bodyguards: Tove's Angels, the team of special operatives from Valpo, the Udema Security Police.

the country is put into a state of martial law, anyone seen anywhere they do not have permission for is shot, anyone without authorization trying to get into government buildings is arrested and then executed.

If the chancellor was assassinated, the Military High Command would temporarily take over and declare martial law until the nation was deemed safe, at which point the deputy chancellor would serve the remainder the chancellor's term. At the end of this term, elections would be held and things would hopefully start to go back to normal.

If it was known in advance that the chancellor was going to be assassinated, he and the deputy chancellor would be sent to their hideout in an undisclosed town in northern Delkora.

The Holy Guard is the Holy Family's person guard and is their protection in all cases.
