There is no central organization, as that is seen by us to be impractical. Instead there are groups local to different areas that oversee media outlets, and in cases where questionable material (i.e. explicit, provocative) is set to be broadcast a case must be made to these groups. Dubbed as "Media Nodes", the individual entities are entirely independent from one another, resulting in a wide variety of censored items though none which infringes on the freedoms of speech defined by national law.
