This nation is evil because: we enjoy the execution of anyone refusing to conform to our ways and ideals. the military often uses youth criminals to test biological weapons on.
65% of young men are conscripted into the armed forces at age 15 and remain in the military for 10 years with a slim survival rate. any crime is punishable by execution and they are broadcast weekly on television. we also start wars with any nation not powerful enough that we dont like, usually the term "war" means full scale nuclear strike.
the soldiers sent in to occupy the wastelands are brual and oppressive to any surviors trying to get by in the wastes.

(OOC: yes, i want to be classified as the Most evil nation, so dont judge me)
