There's not really a "special" meaning behind it. It's just a name that has been respelled in accordance to Kangan phonetics (my nation's conlang) so that it's pronounced about the same as it is pronounced in English Isaac -> Aezak

Wudar can be translated to Forester from Kangan to English. Forester, referring to "forester kangaroo" which is the Eastern Grey Kangaroo. Middle names in the Kangan language indicate which species of kangaroo a macropodine belongs to (hence the reason why humans in our nation don't have these middle names)

Daenbruk, Aezak Wudar Daenbruk's last name is a compound word in the Kangan language (following old Kangan grammar, before all beginning words that are concrete nouns had to be pluralized in compound words.).
Daen means pine tree, while Bruk means Brook. So Daenbruk means Pine tree brook.

Gunther Zuroweste-- Gunther is a Germanic name meaning "Warrior" and "Zuroweste" I think is a Polish name but am uncertain about its meaning. (It was an interesting an rare last name I found in my middle school yearbook. Good sources of finding unusual surnames.)

OOCly (sort of), it is based on the phrase "manzana amarilla", which is Spanish for (you guessed it) "yellow apple". I reversed the words and made them masculine while playing around with it. I liked the way "Amarillo Manzano" rolled off the tongue, so it stuck.

ICly, Manzano was originally the "CEO" of a fledgling computer company based in California, but decided to make himself popular by creating the first mostly self-sufficient flying city. With his employees, friends, and family, he constructed a gigantic, horseshoe-shaped dirigible out in the Mojave desert and, upon its launch, named it "YellowApple" (because he was holding a yellow apple in his hand when he was asked for its name). In spirit of the new name, he also changed his company's name to "YellowApple, Inc." and his own name to "Amarillo Manzano", declaring himself to be the Administrator and Voice of YellowApple. The only ones who know his prior identity went with him and YellowApple, and are sworn to secrecy.

However, they can be given titles based on their achievements. Furgol's title of the Uniter was bestowed upon him because he managed to (arguably) successfully bring the tribes of Kashyr under a single flag.

Self explanatory: He's the president. He's a Social Democratic Green Party Constituency Representative (another name for MP) for Fenwick Borough Council. He's Head of State. He's Head of Government. He's also the First Lord of the National Treasury. There we go!

Griffith Victor's real name is GRIFFITH-II, which means he's the second Grand Commander produced by the GRIFFITH Genome Orders. However, GRIFFITH-II is a secret name.

The surname "Victor" was given to him after his regime's countless strategic victories, ranging from the near-annihilation of the Liberty Confederation to the successful invasions plus assimilations of literally dozens of overseas countries. Before he was "Victor," he was simply Griffith the Third.

As for the name Griffith, Griffith is the traditional name of the Grand Commanders. Coincidentally, Griffith means "Strong Leader."

Not quite, cruach is the gaelic word for Steel - H-Alba being a Communist State that runs similar to the USSR I chose Cruach as the surname of my leader to make him similar (in name only, however) to Joseph Stalin.

I went Eastern european though, as that is where most people associate communism with. Franz is German, but Dubrowsky is sort of Polish/Russian sounding. Other than that, there really wasn't a huge ammount of thought behind the name.
