around early to mid-PMT. We have ETC cannons in our tanks, rail-guns on our ships (which are run on fusion generators) and while our regular infantry and aircraft are more or less MT, our spec ops units employ technologies such as power-armor in battle.

He did indeed tell me that this forum was up, however he did not ask me to post anything. I posted because I feel obligated to correct anyone who is apparently to stupid not be a pain in the ass (I.E. you). also as I said. there is NO biological form capable of sustaining omniscience, any form of that size would not be able to support itself and would probably collapse in on itself. the only mechanical forms large enough to store ALL THE KNOWLEDGE IN THE UNIVERSE is going to be so huge it would be bigger than a planet. and whining just because I'm smarter than you and informed you of it isn't particularly mature of you. Thats only part of the definition of god moding the other part is making your self invincible, as you have attempted to do. so cut the bull shit and stop god moding. Also WH40K happens to be nearly universally excepted as one of the most powerful sci fi universes out there, It has hit the limit of reasonable power levels with out going into god moding.

I'd say just on the verge of typical FT, and being capable of interstellar travel, but not yet acting on said capabilities. Perhaps some limited colonization and exploration of your home system's planets and other celestial bodies, and perhaps a probe or two going beyond your system, but otherwise still focused on your own planet, whatever that may be.

From what I can tell, the difference between PMT and EFT is the adoption of interstellar travel.
