Depends on the case. Divorces are conducted on a case-by-case basis. The party which is considered the most responsible for causing the divorce (whether male or female) is forced to pay alimony, and the party which is most victimized receives alimony. Simple as that.

No legal differences. Gender equality has been achieved under the law.

There is a male supremacist movement in Xanicea, The Xanicean Men of Might, but as masculinists do not exist they have no stance on the movement. Mostly, both men and women consider the Xanicean Men of Might to be a tiny, nut-case group which at worst is a nuisance to the whole nation.

-Yes there are a few small masculinist organizations and one small masculinist political party called the Male Rights Party.

-Most of the masculinist organizations have tried to reach out to feminist organizations to promote friendship between the two. However these initiatives have been unsuccessful as most feminist organizations believe in the common feminist myth that masculinist organizations are hateful of women and a few feminist organizations are even female supremacists.

-The have had some small victories in the various state governments but they are becoming increasingly successful in slowly bringing equality by taking unfair laws against males to court and even engaging in small scale lobbying in the state governments.

-The four major political parties in our nation (Conservative Party, Liberal Party, Libertarian Party, and the Social Democratic Party) all support the masculinists in the their effort to bring more equality however the Liberal Party and Social Democratic Party only silently support them because of a lot of their supporters are feminist organizations. We are a democratic republic that supports the rights of free speech and freedom of assembly.

-It varies from state to state as the Naurobian constitution gave the federal government no power over marriage and divorce laws.

-Once again it varies from state to state. However masculinist organizations have successfully had unfair laws regarding child custody and affirmative action taken to court and in a few cases even repealed or changed.

There is only one male supremacist movement in Naurobia. It is called the Chauvinist Front of Naurobia. They are small have only an estimated 56 members. All of the masculinist movements in Naurobia have openly condemned all male supremacists as being hateful, old fashioned, and counter to the masculinist goals of establishing true gender equality.

Such groups tend to be created by immigrants who still haven't adjusted. We can only imagine that relations would be sour. Thankfully, we're not a depraved western culture.
