Does your nation's government blame economic failure on other things? For example "Due to this war we are loosing this amount of money" when it could be changed by better government planning?

Our government blames economic failures on the nature of the Economy. "It always gets better, and always gets worse! It's not our fault the economy is in a bad condition" is a quote from the current Prime Minister, Llihcruhc Notsniw.

In the past our government has, yes. H-Alba is currently in it's worst recession in history, and it is being called "The H-Alban Depression".
His Majesty Benjamin, King of H-Alba will admit it that it is the government's fault, and no one else. He is willing to admit the government has made mistakes and are trying to fix it.

We blame everything on Capitalism, Imperialism and Fascism (which are all the same thing for propaganda purposes in Koyro) As well as Enemies of the State which can range from terrorists to someone the local party boss/Army Commander/ S.I.S.A. director doesn't like.

If we ever did experience market failure (we haven't yet, we have good market regulations), we'd etheir blame it on private enterprise (economic health IS their responsablity), or we'd blame it on the Femi-nazis (we always can)

Our government avoids economic failures because the economy is almost fully planned. Anything that is massively seen as undesirable is scrapped and replaced.

Why in the world would the state be blamed for economic woes? Better state economic planning? The best state economic plan is no state economic plan. With a smidgen of not letting anyone blow up the state thrown in.

The state really can't blame anyone because for the most case the state does have a lot of credibility in the minds of most Mercatorans. They could try to blame the economic woes on laissez-faire but they'd just get themselves laughed out of the council.

Natural causes, capitalism, incompetent planning (in that order). In the last case, the Finance Ministry undergoes a massive purge and gets replaced with people who hopefully know what they're doing.
