The only real Government office is the Privy Council, which only advises the king. Anyone can be a member, but His Majesty Benjamin must choose you to join.

We do not have any restrictions on whom Fearless Leader may choose to appoint to various offices. Indeed, since we do not actually keep birth records, we really have no idea where you were born, and we don't care.

Despite having many nativist social policies, we have no issue with anyone born elsewhere running for office so long as they have become citizens first. This extends to any elected office, even that of Emperor, because that's what democracy's all about: voting for the best candidate, not the best candidate who happened to be born in a certain place.

Foreigners in Office? What idiot thought of that idea. Although Lord Tubbington, a cat is currently Leader of Malgrave's Parliament having a Foreigner in charge of a Government position is just a step too far.

Anyone within the nation that is foreign born must become a citizen before they are able to run for political office. Foreign born citizens may not run for either president or prime minister.

Noblemen tends to be federal subjects born in the federation or at least having half of their parents being born there so foreigners in government positions is extremely rare even if it is legal.

Any citizen can run for elected office, including Prime Minister. Trust us, we had a few foreign prime ministers in our history, but for the monarchy, it is truly Syvorjin so-far, but anyone that is adopted from a country is also heir.

Well, we have a king. But...yes, the head of government (president) can be a foreigner. He's just a figurehead anyway; very little political power. Our nation is sort of...reversed.

There are no foreigners. Thus, there are only Unilisians, and of course they are allowed to run for office based on a meritocratic system as well as securing the popular vote and (if possible) having been recommended by someone of a higher office.
