Trevastapol Ambassadorial Program

Greetings to the international community,
Asacian Workers' Party wrote:Due to public opinion that the URSA should increase its international committment, the Central Committee of the Political Bureau has decided to open a sector of City-District Trevastapol to foreign ambassadors. Through this new program, URSA hopes to achieve closer correspondence and relations with its neighbours, establish agreements and treaties to further both our interests, and help each other in times of need.
There are ten ambassadorial lots in the new area open to applications. If this program is met with enthusiasm, the Political Bureau would gladly open further sectors to potential ambassadors. All nations that seek to establish ambassadorial positions within Trevastapol must agree upon the following clauses :
- All ambassadors are granted diplomatic immunity, and military and diplomatic personnel are not; however, all foreign personnel charged with an offense under their respective nations' criminal laws will be deported. All diplomatic staff are given the right to travel the nation, but serious breaches of Asacian criminal law - including political subversion - will lead to deportation. Offenses include :
- Blatant public displays of religion, such as preaching or converting others;
- Discriminatory speech or actions in public - racist, sexist, or otherwise;
- Sale, public display, or distribution of firearms, entheogens (recreational drugs), or materials otherwise prohibited by the Political Bureau of Asacia.
- The Political Bureau waives the right to cancel and/or close any embassies being constructed or already present. Inactive nations will be removed from any ambassadorial lots. Maximum military personnel per application is 20 people. As they are charged with the protection of your ambassadorial staff, the Political Bureau permits the carrying of sidearms for the sole purpose of self-defense. There will be no limits on the amount of automobiles, or any armoring.
- The URSA strongly encourages all future ambassadors to engage in peace and trade treaties between their respective nations and the URSA. Although there is no private business in the URSA, the Peoples' Commissariat for Materials and Equipment Supply would be happy to negotiate trade deals in arms manufacturing and book publishing. Also, any acts of war against the URSA will result in the cancellation of the embassies of militant parties; your nation will also be listed in my signature as one of Asacia's allies, and if there are any conflicts in the future, Asacia will be at your side.
