Since we use Syvorjin and English (in most of the country), in English, the title is Emperor/Empress of Syvorji, or for short, Emperor/Empress. So, for example, Sadako I, Empress of Syvorji, or Empress Sadako I. For Syvorjin, for males, it is Khenyang, and for females, it is Syengong, though today, they use a variation of Emperor/Empress.

Russia had a Czar.

Greater Rhodes has a King and a Queen. In Italian, they are referred to as the Re e Regina, and in French the Roi et Reine.

The King is called the King and the Queen is the Queen, the King's wife is known as the Imperial Wife while the Queen's husband is known as the Lord Protector. If they divorce (which is very rare) they both have the same title which is Monex.

Our Monarch's official title is "Official Leader, Guardian, and Head Doctor of Asclepion and her colonies", but, he prefers Emperor. Occasionally, members of the holy family will call him "H.D.A.", or Head Doctor of Asclepion, but no one unrelated to the Emperor by blood has this privilege.

In all seriousness, though, our monarch is unofficially referred to as either Emperor or Empress. Constitutionally, however, and in all legal matters, s/he is referenced by the gender-neutral "Sovereign".

we call our Emporer the same thing

The Emperor, of course. The official title for the Imperial Family is the Third Great and Illustrious Line of Emperor Haruld von Strauss and Empress Katerina, although our current Emperor is not yet married and consequently we lack an Empress.

Simply "Administrator", or, when referenced only by the title, "The Administrator".

For example, our current leader is Administrator Amarillo Manzano.

OOC: "Emporer" should be "Emperor".

цар, usually translated into English as Tsar, but sometimes as Tzar or Czar.
