The idea of the Conservation of Ninjutsu is quite simple:

As a plot device in fiction, if a smaller group is fighting a larger group, the larger group will generally be less skilled than the smaller group and will lose.

The name comes from a conventional group which uses this plot device, ninja/samurai films. For example, if you have a single ninja (a skilled, wise elite) versus 1,000 ninjas, the single elite will always win in fiction. Even if the 1,000 ninjas are all described as being professional throughout the movie, plot devices will call for these ninjas to become incredibly unskilled and/or stupid in the name of the protagonist (the single ninja) winning and thus the audience being satisfied.

We have several levels of elite units, but the Imperial Elite Guard is one of the more well known. The Imperial Elite Guard is a special unit of commando trained stormtroopers who act as the praetorian guard of The Imperial Family. They wear both upgraded stormtrooper armor (same appearance as regular stormtrooper armor) and special black armor seen below.

Our elite guard is part of the Armed Forces. If we take it to mean special forces, we have the 21st Counter-Terrorism and Urban Warfare Unit, and the 22nd Spetznaz airborne divisions. If we take it to mean VIP protection, then it would be the First Presidential Guard, working in conjunction with the National Police. If we take it to mean traditional guard units, the whole of the Guard Division is our traditional guard infantry regiment.

Government officials and high-ranking military officers are protected by the National Praetorian Guard (to us the term "praetorian" has lost its historical connotations and now describes any sort of high-ranking bodyguard). There are two styles of uniforms for different events. The first is a fairly standard modern military uniform, red in color with silver details on the collar, cuffs, shoulders, and sash, and gray pants. The second, extra formal, design is a red duster with a similar design on the upper section as well as silver stripes on the sides of the legs. Under the shirt in the first uniform or the whole coat in the second is standard modern Kevlar body armor, just in case.

The Great Imperial Holy Order of Blood Knights of the Burning Skull (A.K.A: Knights of the Burning Skull): a more advanced branch of the Blood Knights, the Knights of the Burning Skull are world-renowned for being the single most frightening, brutal, and ruthless fighting force in world history. The Burning Skull Knights go through extreme training in the harshest landscape in the world: The Nebelonian wastes, and any sign of weakness (Guilt, compassion, or Illness) is met with immediate death. The Special Hunters for Apocalyptic Defense and Outbreak Warfare (SHADOW) are the premier special operations force of the Sanian Military. Employing elite light infantry, it is almost solely responsible for prosecuting special operations (SO) missions; because of the breadth of the environments of the Confederacy’s theaters of operations, SHADOW forces are employed to operate in foreign territories, hostile environments, space, within the home front, and even underwater, making them a diverse and variegated organization capable of flexibly responding to combat situations.

SHADOW’s high-quality infantry are considered some of the most considerable in the Sanian Military, and even in the United Army of the Confederacy (UAC), SHADOW is principally responsible for the prosecution of advanced special operations, such as counterterrorism (CT) and special reconnaissance (SR). SHADOW holds the distinction as being the only special forces (SF)-capable Sanian military unit being rated for "tier-one special operations" (November Black) by the Sanian Special Operations Command (SSOC), and is commonly referred to as an elite special operations force.

SHADOW seeks to expand the range of battle space capabilities available to the local theater commander; SHADOW forces operate across the range of battle space contingencies, participating in special operations ranging from counterterrorism (CT) to special reconnaissance (SR) to civil-military operations (CMO) to either expand the force of friendly assets or to strategically minimize the strategic choices available to the hostile commander. SHADOW forces operate through economy of force, concentration of mass, and battle space maneuvering to provide combat capabilities not offered by conventional Sanian Military forces.

SHADOW operators are generally recruited from other special operations forces, including the Rapid Reaction Force and the United Army of the Confederacy, and are highly-experienced operators that operate in generally small self-contained strategic field teams towards a well-defined objective. While SHADOW forces are highly specialized for counterterrorism (CT), counterinsurgency, and counterproliferation (CP) - the three tenets of the post-Empire United Army of the Confederacy, SHADOW forces are trained to operate in open-warfare environments, and even at the company-level, SHADOW forces may operate in military airborne free-fall operations, or military maritime and littoral operations, capable of inserting into many types of environmentally-hostile locales to provide longitude and latitude for the scale of operations that SHADOW forces may participate in.

SHADOW shares a similar hierarchical organization to other Sanian military forces, such as the United Army of the Confederacy.

The broadest organization of SHADOW is at the "group" level - SHADOW is segregated into a number of "groups", such as "Special Hunters for Apocalyptic Defense and Outbreak Warfare, Group One" and "SHADOW, Group Two". Each SHADOW Group is believed to operate above battalion strength, and serves as a fully autonomous command with a headquarters company, weapons detachment, communications detachment, logistical detachment, medical detachment, and mobility detachment. Beneath each SHADOW Group, operators are believed to be divided into "squadrons", which may operate at the company level.

IGA Shadows are elite soldiers genetically, surgicaly and cybernticlly modified to make them several times more effective than normal soldiers(And many of our member races a vastly superior to humans unmodified) and equipped with a high tech invisible suit of powered armor. Their armament consist of the AR-14C Gauss carbine, the SR-7 Coilgun, a long range sniper rifle, 4 fusion grenades, and a vibrosword.

The Emperor's Royal Guard, sometimes referred to as the Imperial Royal Guard or Imperial Guard, was an elite unit of the Galactic Empire's armed forces tasked with the protection of the Emperor, Palpatine. Palpatine was almost never seen without a detachment of Royal Guards at his side, so much that they usually accompanied him to his bed chambers and his office within the Death Star. The exact number of Royal Guardsmen serving the Emperor was unknown, with speculations ranging from less than fifty to tens of thousands, although their numbers were estimated to be at least four hundred at any one point. Like the stormtroopers of the Stormtrooper Corps, the Royal Guards formed a military unit independent of the Imperial Military and answered directly to the Emperor.
The Royal Guard was based out of the Imperial Royal Guard Academy on Yinchorr, a barren planet rendered lifeless by genocidal airstrikes by the Empire. Candidates for tutelage under the Academy, picked from various units in the Imperial Military, underwent rigorous training programs designed to build a sense of extreme loyalty to the Emperor, with students often being forced to kill each other in live combat. Guardsmen were trained in various forms of martial arts, including Echani. Guardsmen were commonly equipped with vibroswords and force pikes, in addition to heavy blaster pistols for ranged combat.

The Royal Guard was the successor of the Red Guard of the Galactic Republic, also taking influence from the Sun Guard, Palpatine's personal Sith military unit led by his alter ego, Darth Sidious. Following the first death of the Emperor during the Battle of Endor, the unit, without a leader, was scattered for several years. However, during the Emperor's subsequent reincarnations in the form of cloned bodies, the unit was reconvened on Byss, fighting for the reborn Palpatine and being nearly destroyed by the destruction of Byss by the Galaxy Gun and Palpatine's flagship, the Eclipse II. When a member of the unit, Carnor Jax, was implicated by Palpatine's personal physician with ensuring the failure of his clone bodies in a bid to become Emperor, he led a slaughter of the unit's survivors on Yinchorr, leaving only Kir Kanos. Jax made a bid for the empty throne previously held by Palpatine before being assassinated by Kanos, whose undying loyalty to the Emperor and his ideals led him on a crusade to murder anyone involved with his death.

The Low State Elite Marines are composed of about 5,000 men in a branch of the Army. They are highly trained in firearm training, martial arts(master at the black belt level), survival, hand to hand fighting and more. This intense physical training is only about 70% of what they train. The other 30% includes law, many branches of psychology, trickery and reasoning. The team learns to work as one, making them very strong. Their deployed mainly on hostage situations but sometimes when the military can't handle a situation.

FT roles and duties:
The Imperial guard acts as the Planetary Defence Fleet for First class worlds as well as the Imperial goverments guards, maximum security prison guards, MPs and shock troops.

Up to PMT roles:
Act as the guards for the Imperial governement, they form the enitrety of the guard force for Central Creataris whilst also being shock troops and MPs.

An FT guard officer, the uniform never changes only the equipment and person do.

The Commonwealth: The Commonwealth maintains several elite forces. However, they do maintain upgraded vanilla units in both services; I Corps of each of the Royal Armies is generally tasked with the defence of its planetary capital, and is issued with upgraded weapons and equipment, while each Principality maintains a Royal Squadron - actually a naval unit of discretionary size - which is designed to ensure the successful evacuation of the Prince or Princess under combat conditions and therefore carries some of the heaviest firepower in each fleet.
