ARTICLE 1: All nations must help any nation(s) in the case of emergency.
ARTICLE2: Any nation who does not aid the nationin any way will be sent into exile immediately.
ARTICLE 3: No nation shall declare war on any nation within the region without the other nation agreeing or knowing.

ARTICLE 4: No nation shall advertise their newly created region or another region on the wall.
ARTICLE 5: any nation who breaks these laws and has signed the pact will be sent into exile immediately.
Elections are held for the WA delegate every six months. A selection of four nations by random draw will run in the election. Any form of advertising for your spot as the WA delegate is allowed. Also if you start a thread please feel free to advertise it on the wall and you may also advertise somone else's thread as long as you are a part of it.
