In are nation we have odd forms of discrimination.
-School is enforced here till they hit age 30, Weekend school is required to age 40, an odd reaction from the public was discrimination against... well simply, the stupid, but oddly they seem to be empathetic against the mentally ill.
-We have little International relations
-Our Multi faith houses (a Jewish, Islam, Christian, Buddist, Hindi, and many other religions place of worship) are debated, They used to be considered very ethical, till the immigration boom of 2016
-A group that has grown since the genetic boom of 2026, They discriminate (mostly politically, and ethically) people based on there genes (They have developed a way to develope children using only the good genes from the father and mother, often done in labs with consent of the parents, They literally are perfect humans, they live for extended periods of time, they are very strong, perfect sight, huge endurance, and never born with defects) The group has a large population, and large populations of the other non-gene fascist (people with bad genes) are forced to be unemployed or put in medium wage jobs, they are considered an underclass of people to the gene-fascist.
-A advanced humano-fascist nation of dinosaurs we accidently created during the reign of our former dictator, there are more details to this but it is a (to an extent) Black project.

1). Expanding our economy and reaching new markets for our goods and services. Stolitland is all about business.

2). Reducing our incredibly high crime rate. The odds of a given individual being murdered at some point is approximately 3%. It is much higher in poor areas, and never drops below 1%, even in the nicest areas. Robberies and thefts are even higher. We have too much respect for human rights to ban firearms and institute a police state, and we have too much respect for the economy to have high taxation rates to bail out those welfare bums who refuse to work. Simply adding police officers has only met with marginal success.

This has left the Norvenian government with the challenge of rebuilding the nation's private sector from the ground up. It is an opportunity to create a private sector of small, domestic, humane businesses - but it also poses tremendous problems, especially in a nation whose economy has just imploded.

Our problem is mostly with gangs and lower-level thugs. We do have UCs working the gangs, but it's difficult and prohibitively expensive to get a UC next to some thug in his shanty.

Most of the violence is actually committed by the lower level thugs, since the gangs tend to make money by forming dummy corporations, accepting payments, and never delivering the goods or services. This is a big problem and it also increases the crime rate, but does not resolve the issue of robberies and murders.

Try spending more money on education and social services in underprivileged areas. If you remove the economic incentives to commit crimes, and shatter the culture of lawbreaking, people will be far less likely to take part in violent illegality.

In other words, the reason you have a problem with crime is because your "thugs" live in "shanties."

Earthquakes are extremely frequent in Rastynhaven. On average, there are 3 earthquakes per day! While most do relatively little damage, occasionally a big one hits. Violent monsoons are also fairly common in parts of Rastynhaven throughout April and June. Overcrowding is also a major issue because of our extremely high birthrates. The government is trying to convince citizens to try family planning and birth control. Despite, Rastynhaven's wealth in silver, the economy is actually very weak. It is obvious how this is an issue.

Wazkyraque: here some suggestions from the Norvenian Foreign Office

1. Discrimination against the Stupid: Improve your social safety net and reform your educational system. If "the stupid" get three square meals a day and a place to live, they will soon quiet down and cease to seem so threatening - and all discrimination ultimately stems from a feeling that a group threatens you. Moreover, a better educational system will both lead to fewer "stupid" people, and will help prevent discrimination among your brighter citizens.

2. Lack of international relations: Simple: open more embassies, hold more dinners. Diplomacy is like socializing: get out there and you will be noticed.

3. Multifaith Houses: This is a religious matter. Even in a nation as religious as Norvenia, government cannot either ban or endorse religious positions. This issue has to work itself out on its own; trust in the tolerance of your citizens.

4. Gene-Fascists: Ban the genetic technology that permits the creation of "perfect humans." Enforce this ban with the army, if necessary. Pass and enforce strict civil rights legislation, including employment quotas, to prevent the creation of an economic underclass. These are extreme measures, but you are in an extreme situation. No democracy can survive the creation of a caste system, and that is where your "gene-fascist" society is very rapidly going. But if you do all of this, in a generation there will be no more "perfect humans," and in the meantime, your society will endure with the minimum of systematized inequality.

I) Our economy is weak and many people are beginning to fall beneath the National Poverty Line.
II) Our nation lacks international-relations resulting in the citizens being closed (what isn't H-Alban is foreign to them) which has caused the nation to rely heavily on itself, as trade with other nations is looked upon as a "scary thought"
III) Many people in our nation hate our southern neighbours, The Sassanach. The Kingdom of Sassana has often threatened our people, and we have faced numerous wars. The current king, who is actually King Cailean's uncle, is threatening a invasion of H-Alba.

1. The UDR; a faction of National Socialist Reptiles against whom we have conducted two wars.

2. Dragon Separatists; a group of radical Dragons who wish to secede from the "inferior" Dinosaurs.

3. Fascists; Some more radical elements of the Fascist movement in Saurisia are advocating replacing the current government with a more Fascist-leaning one. They have yet to make a move beyond speeches and such though.

4. Survival; The Galaxy is a dangerous place and it would take a lot of skill to keep the state intact.
