Humans of the Imperium are free to hold and practice whatever whacky beliefs they fancy, as long as that practice does not include sedition or incitement to rebellion against their Sidh betters. As far as Sidhae are concerned, it matters not what trivial reasons and pretexts the human scum need to abuse and kill each other. For the average Sidh, every dead human is one problem less, and if some humans are willing to prey on their own for belonging to a different phenotype, there is no reason to discourage that.

With that being said, various racial supremacist organizations do exist in the Imperium's human ghettos. Imperial authorities make a point to keep their ghettos multi-ethnic and multicultural, to ensure that rival ethnic groups and various extremists are ever at each other's throats, never able to unite against their oppressors. Racial supremacist gangs like the KKK of old serve a valuable purpose in this order, and are at times even supported by Imperial authorities when it suits their goals.
