My plan is to lead the EEA to a great successful times so we can clean the earth while make ecomoniclly rich countries.

One of my plans is to fund poorer member nations so they can keep up and help cut carbon emissions by 1% each two years in there countries. I plan to get the money to fund all that by either taxing member nations ,Taking 1% of member nations GDP or Taking 1% of member nations enviromental spending it's the nations choice.

I would see if the member nation being attacked would want help if not then we will finacially or medically support the member nation even though I hate war.I will also create an alliance military only made out of voluteer soldiers from any country which will be funded from my own defense spending of my country the U.S.E. I have something know as bank trusted around the world that some of my Nation (private)companies own and have promised my nation some shares in them cause Of my help I gave them and i have some of my Emirates will give U.S.E some money so I have it all covered.
