Given that the Aberdeen/Richardson Metro Area is rather large and heavily populated, and that most of the agricultural land within 100 Km is already owned, any small farm would either be horrifically expensive or a good distance from the capital. Might we recommend contracting with a local farmer for use of a portion of his fields, or to raise them for you? I am certain many would be quite willing to cooperate with you. Most of our farmers have a penchant for learning of new breeds and ways to improve their own stock, so this could turn into a mutually beneficial arrangement.

The Helicopters request would need to be reviewed by the MoD, as this falls within the 20 mile restricted radius around the Royal Palace. This is not to say that they will not be permitted, just that use will be closely monitered by the MoD, and any flights into and out of your embassy will need to be cleared ahead of time.

Perhaps I had not emphasized the manner of the district and the homes there. They are brownstone styled estates, most of them over 250 years old, and is one of our historic districts. Most of the estates are owned by members of our Nobility or members of the Royal Family. They are not for sale.
