The worst part of being leader of Nyyasaland would have to be the intense, and brutal path one must take to achieve such a position. When the former leader for life passes, ten candidates from the National Military Tribunal are nominated to take the reigns of the nation. They are tested with a 250 question test to show knowledge of Nyyasaland history, must write 5 essay's to show proficiency, participate in 3 debates with every candidate, and the last two standing must venture into the Byono forrest, hunt eachother down, and fight to the death. Whomever comes out alive holds executive power over the entire nation, and is sworn in. Despite it being one of the most difficult process' in the world, the rewards that come on the other side make it one of the most widely anticipated events for all members of the tribunal.

1. Dealing with democratic revolutionaries. There's no civil way to do it: He can't/won't give in to demands to make the Federate more than a Duma, and he can't reason with them. It's always hard to send out the army to arrest/shoot up the rabble, but it's always one long, politically round-about speech after another in order to avoid national incidents.
2. Formalities. LGS Sirisi is a military man, not a politico. That's what he has his 'friends' for.
3. Gene-pollution. Dealing with nations like the Steppe Empire that promote communism, half-humanism, and a general lack of concern for 'the natural order of nations and raison d'être' always frustrates.
