The Reich Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Fascist Dictatorship of the Greater Aryan Race
Introduction
The Reich Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the official successor to the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany, was established following the rise of the National German People's Fascist and Justice Party (NDVFGP) within what was then known as the Federal Republic of Germany. As part of the consolidation of power by the Party, it was deemed necessary to include a whole-scale rehauling and renaming of the various governmental departments and ministries to signal the start of the Fascist Era and the rise of the Greater Aryan Race, the successor to the Federal Republic itself. This proposal, as part of the Reorganisation Act, was unanimously adopted by the Reichstag.
Since then, the Reich Ministry for Foreign Affairs has undertaken the responsibility of representing the interests of the Greater Aryan Race abroad, offering support and assistance to citizens and businesses of the Greater Aryan Race and finally, expanding the diplomatic networks of the Greater Aryan Race.
Rules And Regulations
As part of the Official Code of Conduct for Foreign Embassies, Consulates and Diplomatic Missions, all ambassadors and their respective staff members are required to observe the following rules and regulations:
i. Embassies to be established within the Greater Aryan Race must be done in the name of peaceful relations and security. Actions that are deemed that have intruded or infringed on the sovereignity and integrity of the Greater Aryan Race will have to be justified and explained to the Reich Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 48 hours.
i.a. Any applications that fail to meet the stated requirements will be rejected.
i.b. Nations with embassies or consulates that fail to abide or flout the above requirements will have their diplomatic staff evicted and detained under the Reich Ministry for State Security pending further trial.

ii. All ambassadors (or diplomatic officials of the same rank) are granted diplomatic immunity.
ii.a. Diplomatic immunity is revoked if the ambassador is guilty of the following crimes:
ii.a.i Murder, inducement to manslaughter, rape and other acts of violence
ii.a.ii. Possession of pornography and other seditious and treasonous material that violates the Customs Regulations as well as the Official Blacklist of the Reich Ministry of Censure and Objectionable Materials.
ii.a.iii. Harboring of fugitives and other criminals that are wanted by the State.
ii.b. Article ii only applies to Diplomatic Ambassadors or Deputy Ambassadors in the event that the Ambassador is unavailable or incapacitated.

iii. The land plot under the established embassy is the territory of the State. However, the land constitues the territory of the nation to whom the embassy or consulate belongs to. Any violations of the land is deemed as a violation of the territorial sovereignity of the nation.
iii.a. This means that the land is the responsibility of the owner of the embassy.
iv. Upon leaving the grounds of their diplomatic building, all diplomatic staff are expected to comply with the laws of the Greater Aryan Race as well as to respect it's property.
iv.a. Weapons are not allowed outside the diplomatic building unless the owner purchases a license for ownership of the weapon from the Reich Ministry of the Interior. Failure to do so is a criminal offence and the police reserves the right to detain anyone found to be breaching the law.
iv.b. Diplomatic staff who are found guilty of flouting the laws of the Greater Aryan Race will be penalised according to the Penal Code. No exceptions will be made.

v. All weapons must be registered under the Reich Ministry of the Interior. Weapons may include pistols and SMGs but heavy weaponry and machine-guns are forbidden. Armoured vehicles of all kind are forbidden.
v.a. Any member of the diplomatic staff who fails to register his/her weapon with the Reich Ministry of the Interior will be duly punished. Uncertified private ownership of firearms within the Greater Aryan Race is a major criminal offence and will result in the embassy building being evicted and all diplomatic staff deported.
