It is my absolute pleasure to announce that the application for the Aquarica Embassy within Oiseaui has been accepted. Allow me to apologize for taking so long to respond; somehow the application didn't quite make it to my desk in a timely manner. The Aquarica Embassy will be located at 7 Ocelot Drive, South Oiseauian Embassy Complex, OISEAUI as per your request. Your embassy location is beautiful, and we hope it will make Ambassador Noelani feel at home. You have been assigned Mr. Taddeo Avitus as your Oiseauian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aid. As I was unsure if you'd prefer a man or woman for your aide given the population breakup (or if you'd care at all) I simply assigned the most qualified person. If you would prefer a female aid, please let me know.

Furthermore, all conditions within your application have been accepted. In order to expedite your settling-in please forward an encrypted message with your license plate numbers and weapon serial numbers so that they may be registered accordingly. While your esteemed Ambassador calls Oiseaui home, I can assure you that their safety & comfort will be our top-most priority.

The Bisgea Embassy will be located at 11 Jaguar Drive, North Oiseauian Embassy Complex, OISEAUI as per your request. Your embassy location is guaranteed to facilitate government efficiency and communication with the Oiseauian government. You have been assigned Mr. Iason Natale as your Oiseauian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aid.

Furthermore, all conditions within your application have been accepted. In order to expedite your settling-in please forward an encrypted message with your license plate numbers and weapon serial numbers so that they may be registered accordingly. Additionally, please note that the embassy is only so large so any excess space for service staff will have to be provided at your expense, outside of the embassy as construction is disallowed. Bisgea-Oiseaui Free-Trade Agreement & Non-Aggression Pact

In an attempt to facilitate Free-Trade and good relations amongst men, the nations of Bisgea and Oiseaui agree to the following conditions, via a dual-purpose treaty. An endorsement of the following will be understood as an agreement solely between the undersigned.


For the Free Trade Agreement, the following will become law:

- elimination of barriers between trade goods and services between Bisgea and Oiseaui;
- facilitation of conditions of fair competition within the free-trade area established by the Agreement;
- liberalized conditions for investment within that free-trade area;

For the Non-Aggression Pact, the following will become law:

- both Bisgea and Oiseaui agree to avoid war or armed conflict between them;
- all disputes are to be handled amicably through peaceful negotiations;
