Unfortunately, it has become necessary to secure a number of persons because their physical integrity or their life is being threatened. His Royal Majesty's Noordeindian Secret Service is a specialist in providing personal security and taking every neccesary safety precautions to keep their protectees safe at all times. The Royal Noordeindian Secret Service provides security 24/7 at peoples houses, at their jobs and where ever the protected person might go to, including while being abroad.

Our Bodyguards & Special Agents and have been assigned with securing members of the Royal family, guests of the royal family, politicians, diplomats and other so called 'High Risk Persons'. The 'Service' works in such a comprehensive way that protectees are able to live their lives as normal as possible. And thus feel both safe but also comfortable and relaxed.

- George Howell conscripted into the countries armed forces in 1972. Through the years/decades he worked his way up through the ranks from private to eventually the rank of General. Howell served in the field and received alsmost all imaginable honors there are. He served his country both abroad, in the field, but also domnesticaly when he worked for the Judge Advocate General's Corps or simply known as JAG.

* Commander of Central Command (CENTCOM - 1990 -2000)
- Now being one of the country's highest Military Officials he served as commander of the Royal Noordeindian Armed Forces in central asia and the middle east.

* Member of the Council of Joint Chiefs of Staff (2000-2008)
- In the year 2000 Howell received another recemondation and became one of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, representing the Royal Noordeindian Army.

* Secretary of Defense (2008-2012)
- In 2008 Howell was honored to be asked by President Roosevelt to become his Secretary of Defense. Afther carefull deliberations he resigned from the Military with all imaginable honors and became a 'normal citizen' again. But a civilian in charge of the Department of Defense that he loves so much.

The Honorary Medal for Charitable Assistance

The Honorary Medal for Charitable Assistance (Dutch: Erepenning voor Menslievend Hulpbetoon) was created at 18 June 1822 and is after the Military William Order the oldest Noordeindian decoration for bravery. The Honorary Medal is a high ranking award for to those who carried out a voluntary act of bravery or self-sacrifice, with an emphasis on charity.

Military Cemetaries

The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde has multiple Military Cemetaries in both our homeland as abbroad. At this moment all families of soldiers whom were killed during operations have the opurtunity to decide if they would like to burry their beloved ones at these cemetaries or not. In the past this was unfortunetaly not possible and therefor there are still many wargraves and complete cemetaries in multiple countries where Noordeindian service men and women have served during military operations.

All soldiers are burried with Military Honor and respect and 'live for ever on' as heroes. The cemataries or wargraves are refered to as 'Ereveld' (English translation = Field of Honor) and are being maintained by the Noordeindian War Grave Commitee.

The Tax and Customs Administration (Dutch: Belastingdienst) is the tax collection and customs (Dutch: Koninklijke Douane) service of the government of the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde. Part of the Department of Treasury, it is responsible for supervising the import, export and transit of goods, detecting fiscal, economic and financial fraud, levying and collecting taxes, and paying out income-related benefits for childcare, rent and health care.

- Flaherty was born and raised in one of the most tough neighborhoods of The Hague. He therefore actually returned afther his graduation from University in order to do something back for his community. In total he has worked for five years with various charities to improve the local situation in said neighborhood.

- Flaherty was born and raised in one of the most tough neighborhoods of town. In his previous career as a Community worker he already tried very hard to make a difference, with some small succeses as a result. However he wanted to continue to make a positive difference for his fellow citizens. He therefore decided to run for City Council. Flaherty actually won those elections and was re-elected once as well in 1996.

Deputy-Mayor of the Capital City of The Hague - 2 terms - 2000- 2008)
- In 2000 Flaherty was asked by Congresman Jonathan A. Roosevelt to become his Deputy-Mayor. Both men knew one another from their political careers and were best friends as well. Roosevelt couldn't wish a better Deputy-Mayor then his experienced friend Michael Flaherty.

27th Vice-Presidentt of the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde. (2008-2012)
- In 2008, aged 43, Flaherty was asked by President Roosevelt as his runningmate during the Presidential elections. Roosevelt especially wanted his Deputy-Mayor and best friend to become his Vice-President. With a large majority of the Democratic party supporting them he became the candidate for the Vice-Presidency. Both Roosevelt and Flaherty were endorsed also President Stuyvesant. Back in 2000 they also won the elections for Mayor and Depuyt-Mayor together.

Compulsory Conscription into the Royal Noordeindian Armed Forces (Discharged with Honor - 1965-1970)
George was conscripted into the armed forces, something that was normal at the time because it was still compulsory. He served for five years with the Royal Noordeindian Navy, untill 1970. He was deployed once and received multiple honours for it. Eventually he discharched with honor.

JD in Law at Brooklyn University (Prestigious University - Graduated - 1970-1974)
Though, Stuyvesant was born into a large family on the countryside of Noordeinde, he had earned a Military scholarship during his conscription in with the Royal Noordeindian Armed Forces. With this scholarship he was able to go to the prestigious Brooklyn University. He studied Law from 1970 till 1974. He graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Assisant District Attorney (1974-1980)
With his JD degree in Law he returned to his hometown on the Noordeindian countryside and became an Assistant District Attorney or simply said prosecutor with the Local Court.

Member of the House of Representatives (2 terms - 1980-1988)
Afther six years of hard work with the District Attorney's Office, Stuyvesant noticed some of the major flaws in the Noordeindian Legal system. He announced his candidacy for Congress, early 1980 and succesfully runned as a Democrat in his Constituency. George was sworn into Office in January 1980 and was re-elected into the House of Representatives in 1984.

Senator (3 terms - 1988-2000)
In 1988 Stuyvesant decided to run for his State it's Senate Seat. Having always been a popular member of 'the House' he succesfully runned his campaign and got elected into the Senate in 1988. In 1992 and 1996 he had great succes again by getting re-elected.

24th President of the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde. (2000-2008)
In 2000, when he was 53 years old, George decided to run for the Presidency. With a large majority of the Democratic party supporting him he eventually became the Democratic Nominee for the Presidency. Being endorsed by then President Groothuyzen and other fellow Senators. He runned a great campaign and won with a 'landslide'. Becomming the 24th President. In 2004, when he was 57 years old, he succeeded again and got re-elected for a second and last term in Office.

Retired (2008-...)
Afther leaving Office Stuyvesant retired at age 61 afther what he called 'The heaviest but most honorable job of his life!'

Afther his retirement Stuyvesant went back to his beloved home State in order to enjoy his retirement together with his wife. He permanently moved into the Bakers Hill Ranch, where he as President only went to for vacation.

Military Bravery Medals

The Bronze Lion

The Bronze Lion was established in 1944, and is intended for soldiers, who for the Noordeindian State & Government in their fight against the enemy have shown extroardinary acts of bravery and distinguished deeds.

In addition to Noordeindian troops, the Bronze Lion can also be issued to Noordeindian citizens and foreigners. Nominations for the Bronze Lion will be assessed by the Bravery Awards Committee of the Department of Defense. The Defense Secretary shall prepare a final draft that he or she will propose to the President, whom is the Commander in Chief, and to His Royal Majesty the Grand Duke.

If the both of them agree on awarding the medal, an executive order by the President and a Royal Decree by the Grand Duke will confirm/ratify the approval for awarding this medal.

The Bronze Cross

The Bronze Cross was established in 1940 and is intended for Noordeindian soldiers who, for the Noordeindian State & Government, have shown to be courageous and prudent in their actions against the enemy.

In addition to Noordeindian military, the Bronze Cross may be awarded to Noordeindian citizens and foreigners.

Nominations for the Bronze Cross will be assessed by the Bravery Awards Committee of the Department of Defense. The Defense Secretary shall prepare a final draft that he or she will propose to the President, whom is the Commander in Chief, and to His Royal Majesty the Grand Duke.

If the both of them agree on awarding the medal, an executive order by the President and a Royal Decree by the Grand Duke will confirm/ratify the approval for awarding this medal.

The Cross of Merit

The Cross of Merit was established 1941 and is set to be given to Noordeindian citizens and foreigners, who in the interest of the Noordeindian State & Government have distinguished themselves by having been courageous and prudent in their action against the enemy.

However in order to receive the Cross of Merrit it is not neccesarely required to have been in direct contact with the enemy.

Nominations for the Cross of Merit will be assessed by the Bravery Awards Committee of the Department of Defense. The Defense Secretary shall prepare a final draft that he or she will propose to the President, whom is the Commander in Chief, and to His Royal Majesty the Grand Duke.

If the both of them agree on awarding the medal, an executive order by the President and a Royal Decree by the Grand Duke will confirm/ratify the approval for awarding this medal.

Distinguised Flying Cross

The Distinguised Flying Cross was established in 1941 and is intened for Noordeindian soldiers - who during one or more flights on behalf of the Noordeindian State & Government in an airplane - by acts of initiative, courage and perseverance during actions against the enemy have distinguished themselves.

Also non-military personnel and foreigners can, under the same conditions, qualify to be decoratated with the Distinguished Flying Cross.

Nominations for the Flying Cross will be assessed by the Bravery Awards Committee of the Department of Defense. The Defense Secretary shall prepare a final draft that he or she will propose to the President, whom is the Commander in Chief, and to His Royal Majesty the Grand Duke.

If the both of them agree on awarding the medal, an executive order by the President and a Royal Decree by the Grand Duke will confirm/ratify the approval for awarding this medal.

- Though, Shapiro was born on a farm on the countryside of Noordeinde, he and his parents had collected enough money to send him of to University afther his graduation from Highschool. Norman decided to go to the city of Fort-Nassau where he attended University for four years and where he also graduated.

* Lawmaker in his hometown York County (1985-1988)
- With a degree in economics he returned to his hometown York County, a small farmville on the Noordeindian country side. During his three years at Town Hall he tried to create a more progressive policy in economic and agriculture related affairs.

* Member of the House of Representatives(3 terms - 1988-2000)
- Afther three years of hard work with at York County Town Hall as a Lawmaker he decided to run for Congress. At the time he was aware that he couldn't make much of a change in only local politics and decided he wanted to change things at a national level. In 1987 he announced his candidacy early and succesfully runned as a Democrat for his electorial district it's seat in the Noordeindian House of Representatives. In 1992 he was re-elected for another term of four years and once more again in 1996 as well.

* Senator. (2 terms - 2000-2008)
- In 2000 then Congressman decided to run for Office to become Senator. Afther a succesfull campaign he won the election in his homestate with a landslide election victory. In 2004 Shapiro runned for re-election and won again with a large majority of the people in his homestate supporting him (54%).

* Secretary of Agriculture (2008-...)
- Shapiro became Secretary of Agriculture in President Roosevelt's Cabinet, aged 44 due to his twenty years experience in Congress and his knowledge on agriculture and economics'

Middle, His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Noordeinde-Nassau

His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Noordeinde-Nassau was born October 23rd 1940. He was the only sun of H.R.M. Grand Duke Alexander IV of Noordeinde-Nassau and Grand Duchess Juliana and thus the only heir to the throne.

He grew-up during the second world war at a strictly secured palace in Noordeinde. It was also there where he attended private classes and courses in political science and diplomatic skills.

It took till he could go to University to be more like a 'free man', of course while still beeing of royalty. In University he met with his later wife and now Princess, Clarisse. While being in University they became friends but afther graduation from University the press discovered that more was going on.

Charles served his compulsory time with the Royal Noordeindian Navy. Just like any other countrymen and in accordance with the Military tradition within the Royal Family.

But short afther resigning from the Military he and 'his' Clarisse officially announced their engagement and got married in 1972. Then in 1975 he was both crowned as Grand Duke Charles II of Noordeinde, shortly afther his father, H.R.M. Grand Duke Alexander IV, had abdicated from the throne afther a reign of 32 years.

But he also became father of his first child and heir to the throne, James. Ten years later in 1985, he unexspectacly became father for the second time, on an older age, to their second and last child, Princess Mia of Noordeinde-Nassau.

In 2005 afther 30 years on the throne he abdicated and his sun James was crowned His Royal Majesty Sir James I of Noordeinde-Nassau, Grand Duke of Noordeinde.

Her Royal Highness Princess Clarisse of Noordeinde-Nassau

Princess Clarisse or ofthen lovely refered to as 'Duchess Mom' by the Noordeindian people is the wife of former Grand Duke and now Prince Charles of Noordeinde-Nassau. Princess Clarisse is born the 27th of April 1947. Her Royal Highness grew-up on the Noordeindian country side but not far from the city of Nieuw-Amsterdam.

In this small town she grew-up she attended Elementary, Middle and Highschool and graduated cum laude. She received a scholarship for Fort Nassau University, where she later on met Charles of Noordeinde-Nassau. While being in University they became friends but afther graduation from University the press discovered that more was going on.

Short afther they officially announced their engagement and got married in 1972. In 1975 she became both Grand Duchess of the country when her husband was crowned Grand Duke afther his father, H.R.M. Grand Duke Alexander IV, abdicated from the throne afther a reign of 50 years.

And she became mother of her first child and heir to the throne James. Ten years later in 1985 she gave birth to her second and last child, Princess Mia of Noordeinde-Nassau.

Her Royal Highness Princess Mia of Noordeinde-Nassau

Princess Mia is the little and only sister of His Royal Majesty Sir James I of Noordeinde-Nassau, Grand Duke of Noordeinde. And daughter of Prince Charles of Noordeinde-Nassau and Princess Clarisse of Noordeinde-Nasau.

Princess Mia is born on June 13th, 1985. She is currently 2nd in line to the Noordeindian throne since her older brother is not married yet, but still engaged. Princess Mia attended a Public Highschool in The Hague and graduated with high grades. There afther she went to the prestigious Brooklyn University and got her degree in Law.

Currently she is still in University, this time attending her second Study in Political Science and Diplomatics. In her spare time she does a lot of Charity work and enjoys to spend time with her friends.

The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde

The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde was found in the year of 1615. Dutch settlers from the City of New-Amsterdam in the Dutch Overseas territories of New-Netherland, or what is nowadays New York City, had left port on a trading expedition.

However, instead of finding new partners to trade with the sailors found what is now Noordeinde. The Duke of Nassau, whom lead the mission, decided to stay. With whatever resources they had they've builded a fort and declared themselves independant from the United Provinces of the Netherlands.

The Duke of Nassau, whom first only lead the expedition, became the first Grand Duke of Noordeinde. For over 200 years, while Noordeinde grew in population and size, the Grand Dukes and Duchess ruled as Absolute Monarchs. However afther approximately 200 years, in an 'era' in which more countries became democratic, His Royal Majesty Grand Duke William III of Noordeinde surrendered his power to the Noordeindian people.

The Noordeindian Senate

The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde, finnaly, became a democracy. Congress was formed with a House of Representatives and a Senate, being the Legislative Branch. A new Constitution did also came into power. And from this moment on the Noordeindian people could also elect their own 'Chief Executive & Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Noordeindian Forces', the President. The President and his/her Cabinet are the Executive Branch of the system.

Presidential Inauguration

Being Grand Duke/Duchess therefore became a largely Ceremonial Office. The Grand Duke/Duchess is ofthen seen cutting ribbons, or representing The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde abbroad. Because he/she is still the Ceremonial Head of State while the President is the Head of Government.

Raad van State or Royal State Council

Concluding, the Raad van State or Royal State Council was also established. The Grand Duke/Duchess of Noordeinde is the Chair, by Royal Bloodline. The Raad van State is the most important Advising body to the whole government (including the Legislative, Executive and Judiciary Branch). The Council therefore consists out of the best experts on Agriculture to the Economy and Education to National Defense. What this means the only power the Monarchy has nowadays is by advising instead of ruling.

Jacob 'Jake' Hazelhoff - Airman First Class Hazelhoff is the Official Aide-de-Camp to His Excellency the President, the Rt. Honourable Jonathan Arthur Roosevelt. Prior to his appointment as Aide-de-Camp to the President, Airman First Class Hazelhoff has been deployed during several peacekeeping operations, with the Royal Noordeindian Air Force, all over the world.

The Airman is in possesion of our country's Highest Military Honor, the Military William Order, in the rank of Knight 4th Class for 'performing acts of excellent Bravery, Leadership and Loyalty in battle'. The Airman has also been awarded the Cross of Merit for 'those working in the interest of Noordeinde while faced with enemy actions and distinguishing oneself through valor and resolute behavior'. And at last the Distinguised Flying Cross for 'display of initiative, courage and perseverance against the enemy during flight in an aircraft'.

Kelly Witherspoon - Mrs. Witherspoon has been the Press Secretary at President's Hall since the Roosevelt administration was sworn into Office in January 2009. Prior to her appointment as Press Secretary of the President she already gained a lot of experience working for Jonathan Arthur Roosevelt.

She actually once started working for then Congressman Roosevelt as an intern in 1995 while studying Political Science at Nieuw-Amsterdam University. Afther her graduation from University Roosevelt asked her to stay and offered her a job with his staff. She has been working for him eversince, both 'on the campaign trail' and while he served in Congress and as Mayor of The Hague. Since 1998 Kelly Witherspoon is to be officially considered a member of Roosevelt his 'Senior Staff'.

Notable is that Kelly Witherspoon also served as the spokesperson for every 'Roosevelt Campaign' since the 1996 Congressional re-election. The other political campaigns include the 2000 election & 2004 re-election campaign for Mayor of The Hague and during the 2008 Presidential election Campaign.

Nowadays as the Press Secretary she is responsible for collecting information about actions and events within the president's administration and issues the administration's reactions to developments around the world. She interacts with the media, and deals with the President's Hall press corps on a daily basis, generally in a daily press briefing.
