Organizing Principles:

- Free to govern as you please. Must acknowledge puppet nations.
- Cannot be ejected/banned w/o agreement of WA Delegate & Founder & 48 hr public notice. Game controls can't be used to pressure nations.
- WA delegates granted Admin powers. Pending 24 hr public notice, Founder can remove abusive delegate.
- Role-playing on the message board to shape the region encouraged.
- Automatic forfeiture of unresolved conflicts upon departure from region.
