Not too long after the implementation of the PCCP, pharmaceutical corporations that had developed the "climate control" pill for the M.O.W., began marketing an exact consumer version of the pill; which was advertised as being the "Perfect Pill for ALL of Your Thrills", and was sold by all sporting and hunting retailers, and was labled in the consumer markets as the "98.6 Thrill Pill".

OOC: The US military's HumV replaced the military Jeep, and opened the door for the Hummer to be mfg and dist by General Motors as a POV...i.e. Privately Owned Vehicle. Likewise, the POV Jeep had it's origins from the WWII military Jeep.
