Geography: The People's Republic of Silierghe is a mainly flat country. We have a small mountain chain called El Mut de Silierghe that is the south-eastern boarder of the Republic. The Southern Steppe is the southern border, I Tre Pontč are the western border and La Statal separetes The People's Republic of Silierghe from an unexplored land that we use to call De là.
The river Mazanescå divedes the country in two regions: Eastern and Western Silierghe. Eastern Silierghe has 5 provinces: San Roc, El mut, Prima Contradå, Contradå de Mez and El Lazaret. Western Silierghe has 3 provinces: El Vilagio, La Rezadelå and I Finileč.
Climate: The People's Republic of Silierghe has a continental climate, with hot summers and cool, humid winters. The relative humidity is high throughout the year, especially in winter when it causes fog, mainly from dusk till late morning, although the phenomenon has become increasingly less frequent in recent years.
Economy: The economy of The People's Republic of Silierghe is based on three-year plans developed by the State Planning Committee. The most important economic sectors are agriculture and light industry. The energy we need is provided by the natural gas that we buy from other States and renewable energies, such as solar power, biomass and wind power. Collective farms are widely used: the farmers keep a large share of the land's products. The property of all cultivable land , factories, workshops is in the hands of the workers' councils. Each production unit has a workers' council. The only private properties recognized by The People's Republic of Silierghe are home ownerships and wages.
Armed forces: we have only small Self Defence Army composed of a few thousands men. War is prohibited by the Constitution.
Religion: The People's Republic of Silierghe is an atheist State, nonetheless all creeds are all are freely practiced, but they do not affect the social and political life of the Republic.
