Premediated Murder: 75-90 yrs with no possibility of parole for 20-30 yrs or Life with no parole or Execution by Gas Chamber or lethal injection.
Child Abuse: Child taken away and 2-20 yrs in prison (depends on severity)
Pedophilia: Charged as Sexual Abuse (10-50 yrs in prison)
Treason: Usually charged under Espionnage (10 yrs to Life in prison)
Rape: 23-Life in prison or Execution by Gas Chamber or lethal injection
Abduction for ransom: Usually, the SWAT Hostage Resuce police shoots the abductors during the rescue.

child abuse: 50 year jail sentence, possible 20 year deportation to labor camp of strict regime
pedophilia: 30 year jail sentence.
rape: 30 year deportation to labor camp of strict regime.
treason: Depending on the 'severity', either lifetime deportation to labor camp of severe regime, execution, or torture session followed by execution.

We abolished the death penalty recently after various statistics from (RL) countries proved it not to work at deterring crime.

All of those crimes warrant life imprisonment (and by life I mean life) except for child abuse which is punished with various prison sentences (the minimum is 6 years but having a Common Law system makes each case different) as well as counselling.
