Are children who are born in the borders of your nation, but to parents who are illegal aliens, automatically and officially recognized as citizens of your nation; or instead, are said children declared to be a citizen of the nation which their parents have citizenship ?

Or, dual citizenship by default ?

Vermontian law would recognize dual citizenship in this situation. We can't exactly immediately invalidate the other nation's laws. There is no illegal immigration as well.

No such thing as an "illegal alien". Anybody who is in Fatatatutti has the same rights and privileges. (The obvious exception would be armed invaders.)

There is no such thing as illegal immigration here. If you live and make a living here, the law treats you as a citizen, and any children born in this country regardless are citizens by default.

There are no illegal immigrants in the nation. There are, non-citizen residents, and if they have a child while in the nation the child would be a citizen. If the nation the parents of the child are from grants the child citizenship, the Republic of Sibirsky would recognize dual citizenship.

Illegal aliens are not to become citizens, because to become a citizen, an immigrant must come here legally. And any immigrant's child/children who is/are born here after his/her/their parent(s) immigrated here are to become immigrants only if they follow the directions to becoming an immigrant, and that's only achievable after becoming an adult.

Children born to parents who entered the country unregistered or in violation of a law are not granted automatic citizenship. However an illegal immigrant parent may earn citizenship for him/herself and any children who are minors.

Remember Rhodesia.

In Turmoilandia, this is determined on a case-by-case basis. If the parents are anywhere to be found, generally the kids will be deported with their parents. If the parents are nowhere to be found, the babies are put up for adoption and become legally recognized as the children of their adoptive parents. Therefore, they become Turmoilandian citizens. In some cases, the police may decide to put the children of illegal immigrants up for adoption rather than deporting them along with their parents.

If an illegal immigrant is living in Turmoilandia with kids of school age, they will not be able to enroll their kids in school, as that requires proof of citizenship. If you are illegally in Turmoilandia, you have no rights.

If a children is born to illegal aliens in Motokata the child is the nationality of those parents and not of Motokata. The child can earn his/her citizenship the same way the parents can and should, schooling (in the child's case 17-18 years) learning one or more of the main languages of Motokata, learning the laws of the land. Assuming said aliens can stay in Motokata, we deport border hoppers.

Sort of like this; Jankenjin citizenship is based on residency, not birthright. However, we require that you live within the Triune Republic for at least six years (and not commit any felonies) before you earn the right to vote in our elections.
Yes, we have a Factbook, for all those odd facts about this bunch of weird aliens.

Children born in Elizio to illegal immigrants do not qualify for citizenship, but are considered resident aliens. When of legal age, they may apply for naturalization.

If the child would qualify for another nation's citizenship and the parents are illegal immigrants, then no.

If the child would NOT, then the child becomes state property and receives citizenship.

Newborn babies automatically take on the citizenship of the mother. We will also offer nationality to a foundling (an abandoned child of unknown parentage found within their jurisdiction), unless the country of the foundling's birth – or the nationality of the foundling's parent(s) – can be verified within three months of said finding.
