Considered Illegal, inhaling gaseous products is known to merge with the firegas contained within a Dragoon, causing extreme illness.
So, no it's not allowed, and is considered a biological hazard/weapon.

designated areas, smoking and hemp smoking is allowed. NZT is also allowed but with less restrictions then smoking hemp or nicotine.

Legal, principally used for medicinal purposes, since it is a non-chemically addictive item and thus not as dangerous as other drugs.

It is illegal, along with cocaine, and all those drugs. Smoking is (sadly) still legal, but is frowned upon in Syvorjin society. The only exceptions is for medicinal purposes, and only if they have a legal certificate from the Syvorjin Ministry of Health allowing marijuana to be used.

Smoking nicotine is illegal although we have smokeless not tobacco less ones that can have any flavor from beef jerkey to orange and also mint
Weed is legal but only in certain areas.
Opium is sold to other countries and is frowned upon.
NZT is legal
Heroine is illegal
Coke is legal but frowned upon
