Yes, we have seen an exodus of people move into our nation after it was founded, the vast majority of them being Reptilians. About 21% of the Reptilian population is descended from those immigrants.

Well, Xanthal has a pretty high rate of normal in- and out-migration, but in terms of major, demographic-changing things, the biggest emigration was during the People's Republic era, when the nation's marginalized right wing set out to build a society based on capitalist principles. The most significant immigration was during the Commonwealth era. At a time when enslavement of minority species was at its peak and Menelmacar was rescuing oppressed elves, Xanthal was focused on liberating and integrating catpeople. Over the course of about a decade, tens of millions of catpeople were rescued and resettled. By the time the policy was brought to an end by the collapse of the Commonwealth government, over 5% of Xanthalians were catpeople. Today that number is less than 1%, but they remain an honored minority.

When Prince Kevin led a liberation force from the Mother Country in the final Nodic War, the people were able to return to their homes.

Unless you count the original colonization of Turmoilandia, we've never had any events like that in our nation's history. The Turmoilandian people migrated from the other side of the ocean to escape religious persecution and big government (in some cases both; in others one or the other).
