Depends on the planet's climate. Some have heavy rainfalls, others have little to no rainfall, while others still have amounts inbetween.

We don't measure it. Fatatatutti is a tropical paradise with lush vegetation, so it must rain a lot. But oddly enough, Fatatatutians never seem to get wet.

Shawnaville, Miller is the driest city in the nation receives 0.7 inches of rain per year, on average.

The nation as a whole, receives 34.3 inches of rain per year, on average.
