We generally use the 24-hour clock due to the fact that the majority of the clocks that are produced in the FKR are digital nowadays.
For example, if the time is 17:21 we generally say that it is seventeen twenty-one (or 'azizeb twa'azijøn is Kangan)

The advent of the clock hasn't quite happened yet in Fatatatutti. Most Fatatatutians operate on the principle of, "I'll be there when I get there."

Business owners arriving to open up (at their leisure) often find customers waiting in line while they patiently barbecue breakfast. Telephones are relatively uncommon, so business meetings are arranged face-to-face, on the spot. Schools operate on a come-and-go basis.

Time is more likely to be reckoned by when the surf is up than by a machine.

Both. Although the 12 hour is more commonly used, especially in spoken form.

We use a 12 hour clock that is divided between 1-12 "in the morning" and 1-12 "in the evening"

The Wermacht uses 24 hour clock, civilians use 12 hour clock. (I use 24 hour clock)

24-hour. The higher altitudes make the difference between 6 AM and 6 PM minute, and thus a 24-hour clock system is preferred. That, and it is easier to teach at schools; most students are thoroughly confused by 12-hour clocks.

Just curious, does your defense force operate without clocks or timing? I ask because time seems important with coordinating military activities. Wouldn't do for reinforcements to sleep in or defenders to be unable to phone in for support.

Yes, the armed forces do use clocks/watches. In fact, if somebody is wearing a watch, there's a pretty good chance that he/she is military. All of the grunts aren't necessarily "on the clock" but squad leaders and officers almost always are.

They use the 24-hour system.
