Equal Rights: Homeland & Protectorates Both ??

Do the citizens of any colony, protectorate, or commonwealth that your nation rules or reigns over have exactly the same rights and freedoms as those citizens who reside within the borders of your homeland ? ( rights & freedoms: press, speech, assembly, religion, voting, military, education, retirement, medical, etc, etc, etc...... )

Or, are some of the above rights and freedoms limited to those who reside under your nation's colonial occupation ?

As for us, they probably have more. They are more liberal and tend to not be as restrictive as we are about how we wish to live as a nation.

Depends. Nations that YellowApple has conquered are non-existent at the end of YellowApplan occupation; their people are enslaved, their land stripped of resources, and their cities left abandoned. We don't do this, however, unless we've been attacked without justifiable reason.

Yes, all dependencies are given nationstate status, they can govern themself as they please so long as they conform to tier one and tier two laws.

All people living in any supervised jurisdiction of the Confederation are free to live as the please without harming our citizens, real "rights" however are dependent upon one's membership to a Republic. So the rights of a person living in a colony or territory of the Celestial Confederation is dependent on their citizenship.

The only right we withhold is the right to bear arms, which we limit to nothing more than a fully automatic pistol or semi-automatic rifle; they don't get the right to carry assault rifles everywhere, like a citizen of Goldsaver gets.
