Human trafficking of Neucommer citizens is a capital crime, because you are violating an employee's freedom and liberties to be productive.

This is also because our military tends to use a special type of hynotic nerve gas that can be controlled electronically to enslave entire countries' populations (notably healthy First World school children) in order to damage the future generation of an enemy nation and put them to 24/7 work in our prison-run free labor camps of software/arms/& car manufactories. Understood, and slavery is also illegal in Goltzborg; however, human trafficking is an illegal act by definition....and here in Goltzborg the government has found evidence that such criminal acts do in fact take place....all for the almighty Goltz / Gz ( i.e. dollar ), with organized crime's need for greed. Such activities are actually encouraged by YellowApplan government. The standard punishment for most felonies is "involuntary servitude". Non-citizens and illegal immigrants are also eligible to become involuntary servants.

Their use varies depending on gender. Females are primarily resold as sexual servants. The Administrator often purchases servants for this purpose, "playing" with them for a period of time before reselling them (or, if they were satisfactory and entertaining, offering permanent residence in his palace and/or full citizenship). Males, on the other hand, are primarily conscripted for manual labor, although this is falling out of favor with the rise in robotic construction and assembly drones; thus, many males are simply exported, as they are unideal household servants.

Nearly 33% of all YellowApplan households contain one or more female servants. Their roles vary from sexual servitude to housekeeping and childcare. Approximately 80% of female servants are acquired as minors (under 16 years of age); of these, half are officially adopted by their owner(s) and thus eligible for citizenship as descendants of citizens. Likewise, children born of servants and their owners are eligible for citizenship if the owner(s) submit(s) the appropriate forms to include the child as part of the household rather than property.

In contrast, less than 1% of YellowApplan households own male servants. The remainder of non-citizen males are conscripted as government or public sector labor.

Although this practice is often criticized by foreigners, it is fully condoned by YellowApplan law, and it culturally accepted. Most servants are accepting and enthusiastic about their roles, recognizing obedience as a path to freedom.

Human trafficking isn't a major issue in Tsvarchi. One of the benefits of a small, densely populated city-state is that you could hop the border, but you aren't going to be able to do so quietly and without notice, since you're pretty much walking right into the city where thousands of people are, and so traffickers find it particularly difficult to do so here, especially if they try to bring them in via official ports of entry, because our officials will search suspect vehicles and cargo coming in.

Such individuals who are found are taken into Tsvarchivan custody, as slavery is illegal here and once you're in our country you're freed on the spot, and those responsible will be held accountable and be charged.

Any and all forms of slavery are illegal and punishable by life in Prison; our special forces group, the Rangers, are devoted to hunting down any Slaver scum. Human Traffickers are just a type of Slaver. Those that get caught are sentenced to life in prison, where they will likely be beaten to death by inmates with standards, though we do our best to curtail this. But even still, slavers are rarely taken alive. If they do anything but drop their weapons and surrender, they get gunned down. This zero-tolerance policy has manage to cripple any form of human trafficking within Goldsaver.

Yes it is very much a issue as it have the tendency to bring down the slave prices of our own native born slaves to the complains of the more well established slave traders even if they have no trouble doing that themselves so the whole issue is generally ignored by most people even if foreign born slaves are not seen to have the same quality as native born ones due to their strange and ugly foreign languages.

In Turmoilandia, we do not waste police resources trying to track down illegal immigrants. They will be deported when discovered in the course of ordinary policing. They are banned from re-entering Turmoilandia, whether as a tourist, a guest worker, or a legal immigrant. It is perfectly legal to engage in whatever obscene activities you want in Turmoilandia (and illegal immigrants certainly have no right to bring cases against Turmoilandian citizens in a Turmoilandian court of law), so as long as you don't engage in obscene acts with your illegal immigrant "slaves" in public, you should be fine. There are no laws against "sweatshops" in Turmoilandia either, so if you want to force your illegal immigrants to work for little or no pay producing products for the Turmoilandian economy, you are free to do so. Although it is against the law to illegally immigrate to Turmoilandia, it certainly isn't against the law to import illegal immigrants or to use them for whatever purposes you like. Just be forewarned that they will be deported if they are discovered.

Slavery is legal and well established in Drackonisa, with the nation routinely launching raids to 'recruit' more workers for use as 'permanent contracted labour'. Most captured choose to work for the nation, after being implanted with a small but powerful explosive device in their genitals. We find that male slaves become incredibly receptive to the idea of working for free with the threat of a painful emasculation awaiting them.

Despite our open borders, it's generally not a problem at all. Sweatshops don't exist here...
