State a random tresspassing law of your nation

Postby Kalaspia-Shimarata » Tue Apr 19, 2011 4:01 am

I'll give you 2 examples:
In Nation 1 it is legal to shoot trespassers
In Nation 2 knocking on someone's door without a good reason it is considered tresspassing
-----------------------------
In Kalaspia-Shimarata, if someone from a religion that is not on the list knocks on the door and tries to convert your reliogion but is not from the religion on the list
-Christian-Orthodox, Catholic, Church of England, Anglican, Maronite, Coptic etc.
-Jewdism
-Islam
-Budism
-Hinduism
-12 Gods of Olympus
It is legal to kill them in any way you desire. You may shoot them. Scientologists and jehovah witnesses are part of the people you may shoot!

Kalaspia-Shimarata's flag represents the Union between K&S. The dark blue represents the sea and the light blue represents the sky. In Kalashi language considers light blue and dark blue to be different colours. England colonised, and unified K&S, between 1774 and 1953, and English, light blue and dark blue are considered to be the same colour. Therefore, the contrast between dark blue and light blue represents the union, but the differences between K&S where as blue being two but simultaneously one colour represents K&S being two, but simultaniously one entity. The opposite to the symmetry represents the unity and indipendance of K&S, whilst also representing the Kalashi culture of opposite symmetry.KS is 75% Christian, hence the cross.

If you see a Kalaspian, kill it with fire. If you see a Shimartan, kill it with fire. If you see a chimp, give it a banana and pat it's head. If it's a religious chap, pay no attention. If it's a man wearing nothing more then a trenchcoat, invite him in or call the police.

We have no trespassing laws, random or otherwise. Fatatatutian culture has no strong concept of property ownership in the first place and the idea of preventing somebody from simply existing at a certain place is completely foreign to us.

On top of that, we don't subscribe to the silly notion that laws against certain behaviours will prevent those behaviours. Our justice system rests solely on whether actual harm was done and seeks primarily to determine appropriate restitution for that harm.

No it's not that. It's because we trust only them ton be lagit religions and the others as cults. If we really belived in religious discrimination, only Orthodox Christians would be allowed to preach!

If you enter a private residence without permission, you're trespassing.
If you enter an abandoned building without permission, you're trespassing.
If you enter a business establishment outside of normal operating hours without permission, you're trespassing.
If you enter any establishment that has clear signage stating that one may not enter in compliance with the criteria listed on the sign (such as "employees only" or similar), you're trespassing.

Trespassing in and of itself isn't a criminal offense, but you are obliged to leave if asked by the owner or law enforcement if you cannot present proof you have permission to be there. If you refuse, then you're breaking the law.

if the owner of the house closes the door to your face but you prevent him/her from doing so by puting your foot in the way, its trespassing.
The United Federated Districts of Hevora. Or Savedland, as it is often hideously anglicized...

We are a large, free, powerful and beautiful country with a very long history that stretches back thousands upon thousands of years.

We are a union of many nations and cultures. The most dominant and shared by almost everyone is that of the Hevoran (Savedlish) People. It has its roots lying in an ancient creole culture that emerged from extensive contact between a bronze age hellenic and norse civilization which evolved convergeantly on an fictional, alternate universe Earth.

Bit weird, I know. But we're a lovely culture if you care enough to get to know us! :D

Why is is legal to kill those who worship the Theoi?

What is the collective basis/reasoning behind this\these law(s)? The Imperivm heavily frowns on such legislation, and would wish to know where it has due cause to liberate the Optional Empire.

The Imperivm does not register a change in the exhibited laws. Could a Kalaspi representative point it out, perhaps?
