OOC: I used to be, but left for the IC reason that:

IC: La Capitalismus, an anarchocapitalist "society", does not recognize the statist institutions of national or international structures (La Capitalismus also does not recognize the "national"/nation-based framework of thinking). Thus, the WA is not recognized as a legitimate institution and, instead, is considered a criminal organization that advocates coercion within its statist memberstates.

I can answer it simply like this, In my universe we don't have it, we have this thing called the United nations, because of it we got the United Earth Governments and then the United Nations Space Command. The World assembly does not exist in my nation.

I don't remember when. But what I remember is, there's only bullshits in the WA. They also violates our national sovereignty, which makes us harder to do our reformation in our nation.

Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi, also known as Colonel Gaddafi, siezed the leadership of Libya illegally through force of arms on 1 September, 1969. Those who call him the legitimate leader in Libya really need to do some more homework, and perhaps take a good look at themselves morally.

Both sides have problems, and the rebels are certainly working with criminals, but the man they are fighting is not a saint. Remove them both, and let the Libyan people decide. Is it too much to request a little backbone from our leaders in this?

We are a large, free, powerful and beautiful country with a very long history that stretches back thousands upon thousands of years.

We are a union of many nations and cultures. The most dominant and shared by almost everyone is that of the Hevoran (Savedlish) People. It has its roots lying in an ancient creole culture that emerged from extensive contact between a bronze age hellenic and norse civilization which evolved convergeantly on an fictional, alternate universe Earth.

Bit weird, I know. But we're a lovely culture if you care enough to get to know us! :D

Not directly (regional representative).

If so, how long has your nation been a member ?
Kington Langley has been involved with the WA in some form since it's creation.

If not now, when and why did your nation withdraw it's membership ?
The passage of the 'Clean Water Act' ruined our economy and so we decided to pull out before more damage was done. Even though we have a regional representative we still retain a seat in the WA chamber as an observer nation.

We don't want to be ruled or governed by an outside body. We respect many of their decisions but enforcing their rules on other nations is a breach of their rights to self-governance.

Southron has never sought to join the WA due to that organization's excessive meddling in sovereign nations' internal affairs and cultural traditions. The assembly and its delegates run a leftist, globalist agenda that fails to recognize the practices and beliefs of its constituents, instead propagating the immature and naive social theories of a few.
However, despite broad national opposition to joining the WA, some elements of the Socialist Patriotic Front have expressed a desire to join the World Assembly.

1-2 years, if I recall correctly.

Withdrew on the 4. April 2011. Why? Because it interfered with our national policies too much after a while.
