Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi, also known as Colonel Gaddafi, siezed the leadership of Libya illegally through force of arms on 1 September, 1969. Those who call him the legitimate leader in Libya really need to do some more homework, and perhaps take a good look at themselves morally.

Both sides have problems, and the rebels are certainly working with criminals, but the man they are fighting is not a saint. Remove them both, and let the Libyan people decide. Is it too much to request a little backbone from our leaders in this?

Allowing someone to sneak up on you in an age of satellites and radar, where you should be able to pick up any enemy force as soon as it comes close to your territory, is something completely different from not spying on the enemy.

We prefer to know they're coming before they even start coming.

Making an enemy of the United States means you accept the fact that we will use all means to stop you. We also take measures to identify and stave off potential future threats.

Calling us "dishonorable," because the use of effective techniques is somehow offensive to you will accomplish nothing. What are you trying to do? Scold us in to not using spies?

Firstly, fine, that is your way.
But No, we are arguing this because you said, and quote,

Honor is not foolish, unless you permit it to hamstring your efforts to defend against hostile intentions. We regard spying on foreign nations, even those with which we are not now at war, as being perfectly acceptable. We fully realize others spy on us, too, and we try to inflict as much difficulty on these spy missions as possible.

Not in the sky, no.

[Mama adds: You do realize the neural implants my Children use to communicate telepathically with each other can also be used to turn xenos into living "remote sensors", right?]

Yes, but implants could be easily, easily, detected.

Of course. Though we prefer the use of informants as opposed to embedded spies, for practicality. The Frumentarii the principle agents of espionage are attached to the Legions so usually only investigate nations which are of a particular threat.

You'd really have to know what you're looking for.

[Mama adds: They're almost on the cellular level. And more importantly, why would you search for something that has no noticeable effect on your body? My Children have thousands of such implants in their brains in order to make their angels operate, and they last their entire lives with no ill-effects.]

Of course, the military space program is well propagandized, but who knows what really happens?

The Imperial Bonnafulian Intelligence services has several "eyes in the sky" along with agents in countries that pose a threat to our interests. Imperial Naval Intelligence has devoted a whole submairne arm for intelligence duties across the world. The Imperial Air Force intelligence has put two satellites into orbit to watch military movements of our allies and to keep tabs on airbases in Stevid.
