But in my Country, there is no Government held census. But the population of Tipidemicans estimated is around about 10 Billion. This includes all the planets, star systems, and other celestial bodies that are owned by Tipidemica.

111 or so million people, might not be accurate due to a slightly lazy census system. Here are the census reports per city:
