During normal daily working hours within the public sector, are individuals who have "Special Needs" ( physical and mental ) integrated or segregated within your nation's society; especially with regards to your nation's school systems ? (not to be equated with one's private life and time)
---------------------------------------------------
OOC: There are those who claim that segregation is best for those individuals who have Special Needs, since their needs require special services and trained staff; however, then there are those who believe that the whole of society is strengthened when the whole population of a nation can engage and interact, not only when people are enjoying relaxation times...but also during work hours while at school or on the job.
NOTE: In today's real world USA, local school boards exercise various options on this issue; with some local school systems segregating their Special Needs students by providing "Special Schools" staffed with specially trained teachers; while other local school systems decide on providing and promoting full scale integration within their local facilities.
