Kalaspia-Shimarata's flag represents the Union between K&S. The dark blue represents the sea and the light blue represents the sky. In Kalashi language considers light blue and dark blue to be different colours. England colonised, and unified K&S, between 1774 and 1953, and English, light blue and dark blue are considered to be the same colour. Therefore, the contrast between dark blue and light blue represents the union, but the differences between K&S where as blue being two but simultaneously one colour represents K&S being two, but simultaniously one entity. The opposite to the symmetry represents the unity and indipendance of K&S, whilst also representing the Kalashi culture of opposite symmetry.KS is 75% Christian, hence the cross.

Rehab does not work. Just look at Todd Carney. He goes to AA meetings AND promised he will not drink but he still does. If he were to get arrested for it, however, that WOULD work!

It's not a big enough offense to in-prison them. It would be more benifit to everyone to have a fine. EVERYONE!

More cost efficient to just give Your populace street sweepers and let them take care of the problem.

What about the people who sit on the steps in public squares and on town halls? These stairs make excellent public seating and save money on benches.

No..because...sitting on stairs..it...it doesn't hurt us...tripping on stairs is a different story but...the only problem i see from sitting on stairs is a sore butt from sitting too long, and maybe a hunch back if you can't sit correctly....of course sitting on escalators is also a different story because those things will actually drag your pants into the machine and either rip your pants or your ass altogether...

What if you have a morbidly obese person trying to go up the stairs (maybe because there's no elevators, who knows) and collapses on the first few steps from exhaustion.

Would this person get fined? Or the building for not having elevators.
It is my firm belief that it is a mistake to have firm beliefs.

Neither, but all this talk of people falling down stairs is giving us ideas of adding padding

Get over it. the ungodly union between what you portray as two opposites (why would they join each other?) is one entity and will be treated as such.

How on earth could you enforce this ban? The manpower needed to make this scheme work would be both impractical and a waste of resources.
