Greetings Sir or Madam,

As Secretary of Defense & Security, it is one of my many obligations to ensure public access to military references and symbols, such as Navy and merchant ensigns, are established, not only for the people of East Klent, but for those of the international community, and as such, I submit these ensigns for the Navy of the Constitutional Republic of East Klent and for the private merchants of her territories to the FSIRME.

What little merchant shipping is done by Sidh Ohn uses the national flag, though only if requested by the ports they are visiting; otherwise, none is used, though Sidh Ohn shipping vessels are fairly unusual in design and so easily recognized by those who have seen them before.

The standard Nullarnish civil ensign is a simplified version of the national flag:

However, many vessels will fly an ensign with a city or regional seal in the center to signify their home port, which is still considered proper.

Also, vessels that operate primarily in fresh water will generally fly a variation in which the two colors are separated by a white stripe:

Of course, due to it seldomly being seen outside of Nullarni and its imediate neighbors, it may not be suitable to put on an international registry.
