The standard practice for merchant ships in Volklandt is to fly the flag of Volklandt and below that a flag representing the company which owns the ship.

In addition to. Those are different nations than Aquilinia, although I didn't make puppets for them. Since Aquilinia has a population of 2 billion, but I RP the Aquilinian mainland as a nation of 82 million, I added the colonies to explain where the rest went.
