well legend says that the first emperor ruled for 75 years and lived to be 111 but this is widely believed to be folklore. He most likely ruled for 40 years followed by a dispute between his 2 sons. The official longest reigning Emperor is Emperor by the Grace of God Franzyetzko IV who ruled after his father, Benedicto VII, was fatally wounded in a hunting accident. Franzyetzko came to power in 1743 at the age of 17 and ceased to be Emperor at his death at age 86 in 1812. A total of approximately 69 years ruling the realm.

Premeir Zhou Nishzgaul, born 3 April 1376, died 7 December 1447. Born to Nana Nishzin, and Premeir Fryon Paugaul. There are rumours that the biological father was Alexander Pysros.

He ruled from 7 October 1391, when Premeir Paugaul died, to his death on 7 December 1447 at 1:37 PM. The Reichstag voted unanimously, partly because all the other candidates mysteriously died from stab wounds and / or alcohol poisoning, for him. During his reign, he lead the 2nt Gaulan Conquest of the Aegean Sea, conquering sixteen islands. Later in his reign, he, according to many newsprints, went insane. He banned homosexuals, nudity, and sex in January of 1447. Shortly after banning wine in December of 1447, he was stabbed to death by a group shouting "sic semper tyrannis!", and lead by the next Premeir, Tosh Zhaushi.

All of the "Morality Acts of 1447" were repealed by Premeir Zhaushi.

King Joseph Calvin II, who ruled Alevuss from 1890 to 1922, is our longest ruling head of state, by just two months. Queen Ellen Brooklynn is the only other head of state of Alevuss who ruled for 32 years, being queen from 1778 to 1810.

Though the reigning monarch, King Albert III, has often be associated for his relatively long reign the longest reigning head of state is Queen Edith the Kind. At the age of 16, then Princess Edith, was crowned Queen after the death of her farther, uncle and older cousin in a fire. From 16 to 34, the Queen reigned before being deposed by her rival, the Duke of Brax. After a long fought battle for her throne, Queen Edith returned to her rightful place at the age of 39. Finally, she passed away at 102 years old. In total, Queen Edith reigned for a 81 years making her the longest reigning head of state

It's roughly a tie between Jeffrey Adams and Zelda Ansari, each of whom served approximately 54 years during the Old Xanthal, when national leaders were typically elected or appointed for life. Coincidentally, Adams and Ansari served consecutively, Adams from 94-111, Ansari from 112-129.

Guardian Aaron is the first and only head of state that Aquavian has thus far had, and has been such since the founding of the nation. As for how long that has been, it is somewhat difficult to say.

His Royal Grace, Grand Duke Baro Rikon, the Father of Danatha, was the longest reigning head of state. He still is alive today, but stepped down from the throne when the Grand Duchy of Danatha reformed into the United Kingdom of Danatha. He reigned for 37 years. His son, His Royal Highness King Tere Rikon, Crown Prince of New Danatha, Emperor of the Commonwealth, reigns now with his wife, Queen Emeta Rikon, Crown Princess of New Danatha, Emperor of the Commonwealth.

The longest reigning Consul was Consul Rangnor Malachi, who served from 1925-1968.

The longest reigning Inquisitor was Simon Adeltree, who served from 1945-2000.

Vladislav Radulescu is the Socialist Republic of Rustonia's longest ruling head of state. Although he officially gained the Chairmanship in 1950 at the age of 51, he became the de facto leader in 1944, upon then-Supreme Chairman Nicolae Semenovic suffering a series of near-fatal strokes.

Vladislav Radulescu (affectionately referred to as Uncle Vlad by the citizens) was Supreme Chairman from 1951 to 2011, dying of natural causes several days before the beginning of election season. He was 112, and had ruled for 60 years, making him one of the longest-reigning leaders of a republic in history.

King Moana Hirahira ruled from the age of 7 to 63 from the years 1444 to 1500, for a total of 56 years.
The current king, King Tama Hirahira is second longest reigning monarch. He took the throne at age 13, and is now 65. He has reigned for 52 years, and it is believed he will pass king Moana's record, as he is still in good health.

He succeeded his brother Kamehameha II, who succeeded their father, Kamehameha I who unified the Hawaiian Islands. His full name was Keaweaweʻula Kiwalaʻo Kauikeaouli Kaleiopapa Kalani Waiakua Kalanikau Iokikilo Kiwalaʻo i ke kapu Kamehameha. He was the first Monarch in the world to lessen his powers to establish a constitutional monarchy.
