The longest reigning head of state of the Luthorian Empire was Emperor Alfred V who reigned for 61 years from 1425-1486, from birth till death.

This is a legend, but many say the founder of the Fulman Empire, uniter of the clans ruled for eight hundred years, (Note: Fulmans live on average 1,000 years, some do live well past that though.)

But the longest one record was Warlod Shiara, who ruled on nigh of eight hundred twenty years, serving in a time of great danger to the Empire and her people. Also due note she was the only Female ruler of the Empire who did not marry, and has been called one of, if not, the greatest rulers of Fulman History.

In Recent ages, Kanle ruled for the longest with two hundred thirty five years as King. His sons each ruled for shorter times spans, Hunle for one hundred years, and Carles for ten, and now the son of Mala rules with eight years.

The first Unilisian 'head of state', so to speak, was Daemon Dramargu, who effectively ruled as the first Director of the Unilisian Imperium from 1127 to 1269. During his reign a modernization (by 11th century standards) of society and the military made Unilisia a landlocked yet paramount power in the Unilisian continent, and under his guidance the Aleonicai colonial empire (which had dominated Unilisia for centuries) was reduced to a small city enclave at the former Unilisian cultural capital of Penumbria. With the strongest power severely weakened, Dramargu set about absorbing the small, independent fiefdoms surrounding Unilisia. Having at last gained access to the sea after the conquest of the Greater Aleonix area, he fitted his armies with muskets and modern armor, and thus began his campaign to control the Unilisian continent. Through diplomacy, bust mostly conquest, the 53 independent kingdoms were brought under the Unilisian banner, and organized into provinces. In modern times, Dramargu is remembered as the greatest of all Unilisian leaders, and his personal motto of "Alea Iacta Est" remains as Unilisia's national motto. Under his guidance the city of Umbria was built in the subterranean caverns of central Unilisia, as a bastion of Unilisian society, and into modern times continues to exist as the capital of the Imperium and the Directorate.

Lord Squidd, in power from 1884 to his death in 1927. After his death, the office of the Patrician was abolished and replaced with the President, who is directly elected and has a term limit of 10 years.

Squidd initially proved to be a wise and moderate leader and a supporter of republican revolutions in state governments (most were monarchies until 1886). But later in his life, he became stubborn, autocratic and imperialistic, refusing to make democratic reforms to the federal government and starting several unpopular wars. Everyone was glad to see the back of him.

Léopold the Great was a 19th century Rhodian monarch who accelerated Rhodes into industrialization through his promotion of industry and innovation, as well as his extensive patronage of the arts, sciences, and exploration. Léopold the Great extended the Kingdom to include the four islands of the Rhodian Antilles and forever solidified our nation's great friendship with Maraque through his marriage with Darkaanian Princess Noreneasany. 'Old King Léo', as he was known, was not only the Kingdom's longest ruling monarch but one of the only two constitutional monarchs known in Rhodian history as 'the Great'. The era he reigned over came to be known as the "Epoca dell'Estetica", and effectively transformed the fledgling nation-state into the Kingdom of 'Greater' Rhodes.
