The territory will be used for:
More Mushroom Farming
Holiday Palace for the imperial house will be built
and a Large town will likely spring up to be the territoral hub,and Major Tourist resort
A Council based in the aforementioned Hub would deal with the day-to-day adminstration fi the Imperial House is not Holidaying in the aforementioned Palace.
However, All Major issues would allways be brought to the attention of the imperial house
Expected population:
50,000 Mushrooms Minimum, Permant Population Would likely rise to 300,000 after a few years, With 1.5 Million tourists visiting over a year.

1: Yes, I've added new islands due to their overwhelming popularity. The key is also in alphabetical order by abbreviation now
2: Greater Nepal- I've had to eliminate the two islands from your claim. If it's any consolation, I have expanded the colony to the west slightly.
3: Siul Vojana- I'm not sure if that's possible, but I'll try next update. I may have to assign the nomadic population a colony if needs be. If you have a preference of location, that would be much appreciated.
4: Sagatagan- I think this is the area you mentioned. If not, I can easily move it.
