TL;DR- Previously ghettoized population is rounded up in a piecemeal fashion and "processed" through such means as microwaving followed by thermal deploymerization to turn corpses into oil, shredded as an animal feed additive, or simply massacred by specialist units designated for the task. First thank you for commenting in my first post. Second sorry for any offenes, it was the intent. Nation states in more or less a role-playing game, people come here to some degree to get an experience of ruling anyway that so choose. That means playing the bad guy. Your first step to a greater nation through the eradication of humans or a socially unaccepted group is to prepare a small squadron of transport planes, preferably captured ones..

Rally them up into the planes, then fly said planes into their national landmarks, just for a spot of overkill.
Of course, landmarks are optional, it can be their government buildings, or maybe if you are feeling simple, their soil itself will do.
Have the temporary pilots eject just before impact, if you are smart, you will have given them a parachute or something to slow their descent.
Watch the fireworks as you have just killed a couple million people in less than 5 seconds.

Bam, Holocaust in less than half an hour, potentially that is, we make no guarentees.

If it was a local thing, just one community or several communities in a fairly secluded area, then we would first quarantine the area. Then, we would send in the Battle Sisters to cleanse the area.

If it was something larger, such as a whole planet, then we would most likely viral-bomb the surface from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Well...we usually leave this type of business (domestic that is) to our royal police (not to be confused with regular police forces) the royal police simply secure anyone that is seen as a political (usually political) threat. They gather the information they might possibly need and either eliminate, detain or simply release (if your lucky) the individual. However on a more international level, the Holstrian Schwarze Garde are more broad, it certainly isn't uncommon to simply take the political threats (civilian or military) and simply execute them in a secluded area, (usually just to thin out numbers) but a majority simply go to a prison camp.
