The city rose to prominence as a port city in the early 1800s. By the late 20th century nearly 87% of all trade into our nation came through the city. After the 1337 R3v01u710n of 2002 it was decided that no less than the most glorious city of the G4m3r people would do as our capital...

Fun Fact: New Racoon city has been burnt to the ground no less than thirty-seven times. The last three times were; 2003 zombie apocalypse and subsequent "cleansing"; the great Red Ring of flaming death fires of 2007; and last, but not least, the Freedom Flame march for Flaming Guys and Gals of 2011...which is still under investigation.

The capital of the Confederation of Lylybium is L'Urbe di Lilybium, almost universally referred to as simply L'Urbe. Founded in 1880, it officially became the capital in 1887. Once the Confederation's largest city, it has since been surpassed by Budria, the capital of Trebium.

Looking northwest from the steps of the Parliament building at the "Center City", L'Urbe's primary commercial district.

The second and third tallest buildings in L'Urbe, they host the headquarters for LBanco, the largest bank in Lylybium, as well as a number of other prominent companies and residents.

Palazzo Senatoriale, one of Lylybium's most iconic and recognizable buildings, sits opposite the Parliament building on Confederation Square. The Senate building was finished in 1960 after the original had been destroyed in the 1955 Revolution. Its completion was heralded as a great achievement and testament to the then-new United Socialist Republics of Lylybium.

Our capital and largest city is Olivia, a massive city situated on and between the Kanter and Korn Rivers. It is a major governmental, cultural, and commercial center, serving as both the administrative and financial capital. Below are some images of Olivia:

Description: Victoria is an old city with new city charm. With a population of 14, 325, it is the Union's largest city. It is also the fastest growing city with a growth rate of 13.4%. Founded in early 1698, it has seen its share of history. Beginning in the early 1940s, Victoria turned into a financial center of Maredoratica, and playground of the wealthy. Due to lax tax laws and progressive economic policies of King Luis III, the city grew profoundly. With the investment of foreign capital and the relocation of several international companies headquarters, the small town turned into the Diamond of the Union. Reclamation projects are underway to expand the harbor and more land for expansion.
