Firstly; wrong forum.

Secondly; smoking is quite popular in Greater Rhodes. When smoking tobacco, most people tend to smoke either cigarillos, cigars, or with hookahs, and with other products such as marijuana, blunts (for their cheap cost) and vaporizers are more commonly used. Many regulations ensure the production of only the finest, most pure tobacco and marijuana, with as little additives as possible. Thus, cigars and cigarillos (usually flavoured) are immensely more popular than cigarettes, which are usually consumed by the very very poor. One can legally smoke anywhere in Greater Rhodes, although it is seen as politer and more honourable that if a bar, restaurant, or other facility has a smoking lounge or designated area, to light up there.

There are currently no laws dictating where one can or cannot smoke. In fact, 73% of the nation smokes on a daily basis. The most common thing smoked? Cigars. The most common place? Movie theatres.

We in Ahh Art Daze Knight have choices of where to go to movies or restaurants, etc. The signs outside establishments are adorned with one of three signs indicating whether it is an establishment for smokers, non-smokers or there are seperate areas for both arranged. Very few establishments have a mixed atmosphere. It is all about choices.

The only thing that is allowed to be smoked is pot and even that may only be used because of medical reasons.
Smoking other things is banned.

We agree and also have areas which ban smoking or limit it to areas where others are not at risk.

Smoke 'em if you've got 'em.

Of course smoking is legal here since it's not treason, but it's only popular amongst formerly-biological immigrants.

Any anti-smoking talk is quite effectively quashed by the fact that as robots, even the immigrants suffer no ill effects from it whatsoever other than the need to occasionally clean the gunk out of their smoking apparatus. The workers of the Carjack Bio-Analogous Modification Parts Company, which produces this and other such add-on parts, are also known to react very violently to anyone who suggests they stop making them or try to discourage people from buying.

Still, everyone knows that a patch is available to eliminate cravings for cigarettes, so those who want to quit just go to Debugging anyway and have one installed. There isn't any need to, though - smoking's negative aspects only affect creatures made of cells, and none of us have those overly-touchy things in our bodies.

Smoking anything is legal here. Pure tobacco is more commonly sold than commercial cigarettes, which are almost non-existent. Marijuana and Hashish are popular with nearly everyone having smoked it at some point in their lives and 40% of the population smoking one or the other almost once a week. Opiates are almost non-existent outside of hospitals. Crack and some forms of meth are illegal in some prefectures, but not illegal by the national government. Hardly anyone ever uses them.

none people are free to smoke as much as they want even if Imerian tobacco is of really bad quality and most people consider that it makes you look as a Nicksylvannian so most people do pass the habit because of that.

The smoking of tobacco products is legal in Roodswood, the health risks are widely known, and if you want to ignore them, that's your own business. There are no national laws on the subject, and localities are also unlikely to ban smoking in or around public places. On private property, owners are free to ban the practice of they like.

Smoking anything else is illegal without a doctor's written permission.

Smoking is of course legal, but unpopular largely because of the nation's general dislike of the act and its reputation of being "dirty." The dislike of smoking is reflected in our laws most likely, which stipulates that smoking is to be done in a private home (without children), or in a specialty smoking bar.

Oh, smoking tobacco is quite legal (private individuals and organizations may regulate its use in businesses and other establishments), but we've placed a neat little tax on the activity, which is used to buy the President's whiskey.

Legal but rare in the case of tobacco. Most citizens wish to smoke something a little stronger, like crack
The Principality of The Blood of 999 Goats recognizes the Libyan National Council as the legitimate government of Libya. Add this to your sig, substituting your nation's name.
