In Easy Atheismland, we decree that toddlers are not considered babies, therefore cannot be used in any sports (Babycraft, Baby Growing, or the Baby Olympics) or feasts.

Breaking this law will result in the Coder being melted down and his own metal used to make the proper parts for his offspring.

Intentionally miscoding an offspring in any way will result in the meltdown of the offender. The glitched code will be repaired by Debugging.

While the government's official concern is the strength of the Nation, the general populace finds it reprehensible to intentionally make an offspring that's weak or defective in any way. We want everyone to grow up to be proper Decepticons, and there is nothing proper about making a new one suffer with completely preventable substandardness!

All persons under the age of 20 are considered children. Criminal responsibility is gained at the age of 15.

Paedophilia and child abuse are illegal. School corporal punishment was prohibited in 1964, however it is still legal at home (although this may change soon).

At the moment we have a lot of problems with students who are rioting because they demand free university education chanting "Knowledge is not a commodity!" We are negotiating with them and the Government wants to make only the first year free and if student is among the best in the class he may continue to be educated for free, if not - we're sorry, but we'll not finance the lazy anymore.

Anyone under the age of 16 is the churches property, they are only living in the parents household to be raised and nurtured. The child can be disciplined but anything regarded as abuse is considered a grave sin and an insult to the church. Because our laws are based entirely on scripture a "sin" in our state is also the breaking of a law, the abusive parent will be punished by the church according to scripture.

We have very few laws, but protection from child abuse is a major one (IRL I've suffered from it personally, and I don't want anyone else ever to suffer the way I did)

Slaztivania is very progressive when it comes to the rights of children. Our voting age is 16, which matches the age of consent and other such laws. However, the age of majority still stands at 18. Children under the age of 16 may apply to vote, but they must pass several tests under exam conditions proving that they are capable of thinking for themselves and capable of making such a decision before being issued with voting rights.

One of Equestria's most important laws regarding foals is the Self-Discovery Act. It declares that any young pony has a right to explore her world to seek out what her Mark may be.
