Rather than the utilitarian concept of 'The greatest amount of happiness for the greatest amount of people', which can fall into some difficulty in terms of treatment of minorities, I just make sure of the greatest amount of happiness for everyone! Which may be an unrealistic idea, but one I embrace especially here as this is a political simulator game
