It was with humility and thanks that the unexpected missive from The Royal Noordeindian Department of State was recently received. Whilst pleased to receive such correspondence, our office was caught slightly off-guard and as such it has taken us a few days to make the appropriate arrangements.

It is not every day that the opportunity presents itself to commence formal diplomatic relations with a nation stepped in honour and prestige, such as The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde.
