Dear Fabiano Grado,

Greetings. My name is Alicia Bultus, and I am a diplomatic officer with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Unión d’Repúblics Socialist Eothasi; in particular, I am a representative of the Diplomatic Cooperation Initiative, the organization charged with handling the establishment of diplomatic relations with countries across the world. I am writing this missive as a response to the reciprocal submission undertaken by your organization of the forms necessary to establish an embassy in the UESR, as part of our agreement.

Given the nature of these interactions and the already approved establishment of the Eothasi embassy in the Most Serene Republic of Montevento, it is my pleasure to notify your ministry that your application to establish your own embassy in the capital city of Elidani has been approved. Please note that, while the application has been approved, plans for the allocation of plots and construction of an embassy building are still underway; once this information has been definitively settled and the construction begins, we will transmit this information to you.

Allow me to be the first to wish you a warm welcome to the Union of Eothasi Socialist Republics. On behalf of President Tom Hoekstra of the United States of Noordeinde it's my pleasure to inform you that we are pleased with the news that our application to build an embassy has been approved. And also, that your government has also agreed upon the appointment of Francis van der Voort as our ambassador. We are therefore looking forward to your application to open an embassy in our capital.

In regard to your remarks about some of the weaponry that is being used by our security professionals: it is normal practice (protocol) that the MP5s are kept under lock and key in the boot of the vehicles. Protocol only allows for these weapons to be used - or shown in public - by our Diplomatic Security Service agents in situations wherein the highest spectrum of violence needs to be controlled by them (i.e. an armed attack upon the life of the ambassador). These weapons will otherwise never be carried around publicly. Nevertheless, we will agree with the conditions that your government creates, unless special permission can be requested to safely store the MP5s inside the vehicles.

When it comes to the M4 Carbine Rifles, these rifles will never leave the premises of the embassy and will always be securely stored in a safe - inside the embassy building. Protocol only allows for these M4 Carbine Rifles to be used by our Marine Security Guards to defend the territory of the embassy against the most violent type of attacks from outside. In this case, however, we will agree to your proposal to only take one M4 Carbine Rifle with us for safety reasons.

We were aware of the commitment of the government toward Eothasi socialism and the liberation of the proletariat from the slavery of capital. We have great theoretical and political differences between our two governments, but we maintain the same commitment to the international proletarian revolution, for which the presence of difference among it's movements is a strength, not a weakness.

Because the proletarian, women's, anti-civilizational, and ecological revolution must be a global revolution, we reject the nationstate, imperialism, petty rivalry and chauvinism. Whatever animosity the old nationstates that once comprised the Free Territory had towards the people of Eothasi, the revolutionaries of the Free Territory have forgotten it. We have only a future of cooperation and peace to look forward to.

If the government of Eothasi recognizes the Free Territory, the Free Territory will open it's economy to assist Eothasi in freeing itself of global capitalist subjugation, and the Free Territory hopes Eothasi may do likewise. We will pursue full economic integration, military cooperation and cultural exchange to bridge the divide between our societies, pushing forth the new Communist, ecological civilization of the future. If the government does not recognize our revolutionary government, we will take that as proof of your revolutions bourgeois recuperation, and as such, you will be treated as nothing more than a limb of the bourgeois swine.

Salutations! My name is Retno Marsudi, Foreign Minister of the Empire of Majapahit. I write on behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Jayanagara VII, Supreme Commander-in-chief of Majapahit, Divine Guardian of the Realm, as well as His Excellency Premier Sri Indra Thohir and his government.
